  • Publication number: 20230013635
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to an adjustable-incline climbing wall. The climbing wall comprises one or more climbing panels supported by a frame and a system for adjusting the incline of the frame to provide a climbing wall of a desired incline. The incline of the climbing wall may be adjusted by activating an actuator, which extends the frame a distance from a support wall, tilting the climbing wall to a desired incline. When the climbing wall is substantially vertically oriented, the system for adjusting the incline of the climbing wall may extend only a small distance from the support wall so that the adjustable-incline climbing wall has a relatively small footprint. Further, by providing a plurality of attachment points between the actuator and the frame (and/or between the actuator and a support), the adjustable-incline climbing wall may be provided with a wider range of incline angles, as well as increased control over those angles.

  • Patent number: 11536655
Abstract: Diffraction-based imaging systems are described. Aspects of the technology relate to imaging systems having one or more sensors inclined at angles with respect to a sample plane. In some cases, multiple sensors may be used that are, or are not, inclined at angles. The imaging systems may have no optical lenses and are capable of reconstructing microscopic images of large sample areas from diffraction patterns recorded by the one or more sensors. Some embodiments may reduce mechanical complexity of a diffraction-based imaging system. A diffractive imaging system comprises a light source, a sample support configured to hold a sample along a first plane, and a first sensor comprising a plurality of pixels disposed in a second plane that is tilted at an inclined angle relative to the first plane. The first sensor is arranged to record diffraction images of the light source from the sample.

  • Publication number: 20220301665
Abstract: Techniques for utilizing remote verification of prescriptions are described. A computing device receives prescription data for a prescription to be filled. The computing device sends this prescription to a remote server device, which compiles prescriptions from every pharmacy that is part of the remote service. Based on a determined priority, the server will place that prescription within a overall queue. As pharmacists have the time to verify prescriptions, they will view a next prescription within the queue, regardless of their location and the location at which the prescription is to be filled. As prescriptions are verified, the prescriptions are removed from the queue and a next pharmacist can evaluate a next prescription in the prioritized queue.

  • Patent number: 11421683
Abstract: A high-pressure plunger pump used in the hydrocarbon industry injects pressurized lubricating fluid to the low-pressure side of a packing assembly during a suction stroke of a pump plunger in order to activate seals within the packing assembly thereby minimizing migration of working fluid along the pump plunger during the suction stroke. The system includes a pump manifold having an elongated bore in which a plunger reciprocates. A packing assembly is disposed around the plunger and includes V-shaped seals having a low-pressure end and a high-pressure end. A high-pressure lubricating fluid pump fluidly communicates with the packing assembly low-pressure end to inject pressurized lubricating fluid to the low-pressure end during a suction stroke. The pressure of the injected lubricating fluid during the suction stroke is selected to be equal to or greater than the pressure of a working fluid in the main pump housing.
