  • Publication number: 20240037648
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to identity management and recommendation. A computing platform may receive a request to access information associated with one or more user accounts. The computing platform may send a biometric authentication prompt for identifying a user. The computing platform may receive biometric input of the user. The computing platform may retrieve one or more biometric enrollment templates from a database. The computing platform may compare the biometric input to the one or more biometric enrollment templates to determine if a match exists between the biometric input and one of the one or more biometric enrollment templates. Responsive to the user being authenticated based upon a match, the computing platform may retrieve and send information associated with the one or more user accounts. The computing platform may generate and send one or more recommendations associated with usage of the one or more user accounts.

  • Patent number: 11615405
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to a system that provides enhanced security of information transmitted by connected devices. The system may be used to request resources from members of a donee's virtual group. Donated funds or line of credit may be loaded to the donee's digital wallet with no link to any of the donee's personal accounts. The request for resources may utilize secure correspondence between the donee and the prospective donors. The secure correspondence may be locked and prevented from being forwarded or captured via a screenshot to ensure confidentiality. If an attempt is made to forward or copy the secure correspondence, the secure correspondence may be deleted. Donated funds/line of credit may be allocated for specific use, and may not be owned by the donee until used.

  • Publication number: 20230038555
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to value exchange and recommendation. A computing platform may send a selection request to a computing device for selecting one or more options for a payment transaction. The one or more options may include a value contribution in exchange for credit. The computing platform may receive, by a user of the computing device, a selection of the value contribution option. The computing platform may initiate performance of the value contribution. The computing platform may receive a notification indicating completion of the value contribution. The computing platform may identify a monetary value of the value contribution. The computing platform may cause a monetary payment to be issued to an account associated with the user of the computing device based on the identified monetary value. The computing platform may generate and send one or more recommendations associated with the payment transaction.

  • Patent number: 11568507
Abstract: Apparatus and methods for providing protection from economic exploitation. The apparatus and methods may include a platform for tagging a social security number and/or other suitable identification number. The system may allow a person associated with a social security number to automatically flag and deny any product or service request associated with the social security number. The alarms are “silent,” because the alarm may initiate an institution internal process in which the customer interaction with the institution follows a normal diligence process until an intervention can be effectively executed on behalf of the customer. This reduces the likelihood of a reaction from the customer's associate prior to completing the diligence process. A system may provide the customer with an opportunity to electronically activate an alarm by typing keystrokes on a card reader keypad or interacting with a physical sensor on the reader, on the card, or the like.

  • Patent number: 11087324
Abstract: An interaction and resource exchange system that provides authentication for a designated user to complete an interaction entered into by an initiating user. An initiating user is able to enter into interactions with third-parties and set one or more interaction limits and/or designated user requirements to allow a designated user to complete the interaction with the third-party should interaction limits and/or designated user requirements be met. The interaction limits and/or the designated user requirements allow for improved security related to these types of interactions and resource exchanges. In particular, the interaction and resource exchange may be implemented through a real-time resource exchange network that efficiently allows for the designated user to complete the interaction.

  • Publication number: 20210133756
Abstract: Apparatus and methods are provided for a donor to extend funds and/or a line-of-credit from a personal account to a donee. The donor may provide donor credentials to the donee. The donor credentials may be added to a payment instrument of the donee. Adding the donor credentials to the donee payment instrument may “extend” the donee payment instrument. The donor may impose restrictions on using the donor credentials. For example, the donee may only use the donor credentials at specific places and for purchases within category limits. In some embodiments, when a donee exceeds a limit associated with donor credentials, an alert is sent to the donor. The alert notifies the donor and requests authorization for the donee to continue using the donor credentials.
