    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present application are directed towards an ion-sensitive field-effect transistor for enhanced sensitivity. In some embodiments, a substrate comprises a pair of first source/drain regions and a pair of second source/drain regions. Further, a first gate electrode and a second gate electrode underlie the substrate. The first gate electrode is laterally between the first source/drain regions, and the second gate electrode is laterally between the second source/drain regions. An interconnect structure underlies the substrate and defines conductive paths electrically shorting the second source/drain regions and the second gate electrode together. A passivation layer is over the substrate and defines a first well and a second well. The first and second wells respectively overlie the first and second gate electrodes, and a sensing layer lines the substrate in the first and second wells. In some embodiments, sensing probes are in the first well, but not the second well.

A data unit stored in the solid-state disk comprises metadata and a plurality of sectors including at least two sectors of user data, the metadata comprising a sector state set indicating state information of each of the sectors in the data unit, and the state information comprising a valid state and an invalid state. In response to receiving a read command from a host to read at least one of the sectors in the data unit, the solid-state disk returns actual data to the host for one or more of the sectors in the valid state, and returns information indicating a read error to the host for one or more of the sectors in the invalid state, according to the sector state set stored in the metadata of the data unit.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for determining a reference voltage id disclosed. The method may include: reading data from a first flash memory page by using different reference voltages, and taking, as a first target reference voltage, one of the different reference voltages at which the first number of erroneous bits of the data that is read reaches a converegence value. The first flash memory page is any one of multiple flash memory pages of a flash memory block to be tested. The method may include adjusting the first target reference voltage to obtain second target reference voltages; and reading data from the flash memory pages by using the second target referece voltages, and taking, as a target reference voltage, one of the second target reference voltages at which the second number of erroneous bits of the data that is read is the smallest.

The gas is supplied to the gas power generation device for generating electrical power and the cold energy is supplied to the steam power generation subsystem and the cold storage subsystem. Electrical power generated by the gas power generation subsystem and the steam power generation subsystem is supplied to the cooling subsystem, and the energy stored in the energy storage subsystem is also supplied to the cooling subsystem.

The control conduit is connected to the cabinet and selectively connects to the first conduit or the second conduit. When the control conduit connects to the second conduit, coolant from the cabinet flows to the heat exchange mechanism through the second conduit. When the control conduit connects to the first conduit, coolant from the heat exchange mechanism flows to the cabinet through the first conduit. Coolant in the cabinet flows through the circulation conduit to the heat exchange mechanism when a level of the coolant reaches the circulation conduit.

    Abstract: A data center heat recovery system includes a building heat pump system providing a first liquid when an ambient temperature is lower than a first preset temperature, a heat exchanger receiving the first liquid from the building heat pump system when the ambient temperature is lower than the first preset temperature, and modular data centers. Each of the modular data centers includes an air chiller and a data center. Each of the modular data centers is coupled to the heat exchanger through a second pipeline containing a second fluid. When the ambient temperature is higher than a second preset temperature, the air chiller cools the second fluid. When the ambient temperature is lower than the first preset temperature, the heat exchanger collects heat from the second fluid, and the heat exchanger transports the collected heat to the building heat pump system through the first fluid in the first pipeline.

    Abstract: Aspects of the invention include systems and methods to obtain meta features of a dataset for training in a deep learning application. A method includes selecting an initial search space that defines a type of deep learning architecture representation that specifies hyperparameters for two or more neural network architectures. The method also includes applying a search strategy to the initial search space. One of the two or more neural network architectures are selected based on a result of an evaluation according to the search strategy. A new search space is generated with new hyperparameters using an evolutionary algorithm and a mutation type that defines one or more changes in the hyperparameters specified by the initial search space, and, based on the mutation type, the new hyperparameters are applied to the one of the two or more neural networks or the search strategy is applied to the new search space.
