  • Patent number: 7880105
Abstract: A circuit breaker of different interruption speeds, and a spring operation mechanism is standardized for designing and manufacturing the circuit breaker. The circuit breaker has a power transmission mechanism for driving a movable contact 63 and a fixed contact 64 and an interruption spring 26 that imparts a driving force to separate the contacts through the power transmission mechanism. A latch mechanism restricts movement of the power transmission mechanism, and a pull-out operation section releases the restriction of the power transmission mechanism by the latch mechanism. The pull-out operation section is arranged to oppose a first arm of a lever to rotate the first arm. The lever is arranged so that a tip of a second arm is able to engage with and rest on the latch mechanism, and release the restriction of the power transmission mechanism by the latch mechanism.

  • Patent number: 7528336
Abstract: In an interrupter of a gas circuit breaker that uses springs as a driving source, a contact having a fixed contact and movable contact is opened and closed so as to turn on and off electric power. An operation unit generates driving force for driving the movable contact. A link mechanism interconnects the operation unit and interrupter. The link mechanism has a first lever linked to the operation unit, a second lever linked to the movable contact, and a rotational shaft to which the two levers fit. The operation angle of the first lever with respect to a direction parallel to the motion direction of the movable contact differs depending on whether the contact is open or closed. The gas circuit breaker operates at high speed without the energy of the driving source being increased.

  • Patent number: 6875941
Abstract: Disclosed is a hydraulic operating apparatus for switch with which it is possible to constantly obtain a stable interrupting performance at the time of high-speed successive operations. Closing and interrupting pressure accumulators comprise closing and interrupting pressure accumulation pistons, and closing and interrupting pressure accumulation springs for biasing the closing and interrupting pressure accumulation pistons in pressure accumulation directions, respectively. The closing and interrupting pressure accumulation springs exert, on the closing and interrupting pressure accumulation pistons, forces corresponding to received pressures acting on the closing and interrupting pressure accumulation pistons from closing and interrupting pressure accumulation chambers in a steady state. The closing pressure accumulator and the interrupting pressure accumulator are independently constituted for closing and for interrupting, respectively.

  • Patent number: 6851872
Abstract: Transferring apparatus control means movement of a transferring apparatus for transferring a wafer to a resist liquid coating unit from a cooling process unit. A storage section of the transferring apparatus controller stores a coating time required for a resist film coating and a moving time required for the transfer of the wafer. When a coating start time of a resist film is inputted, the control section calculates a coating end time from the stored coating time. Further, the control section calculates time of taking out a wafer W, which is next subjected to a coating process from the cooling process unit, from the coating end time and the stored moving time. Based on the calculated time, the transferring apparatus controller instructs the transferring apparatus about timing to take out the wafer. This makes it possible to improve the throughput.

  • Publication number: 20040005471
Abstract: A clear coated metal sheet has a clear-paint film 1, which disperses an interference-coloring pigment 4 therein, formed on a base metal sheet 3 directly or through an under clear coat 6. The pigment 4 comprises transparent or translucent inorganic flakes, e.g. mica, glass, alumina or silica, coated with one or more metal oxide layers, e.g. TiO2, SiO2, ZrO2, Fe2O3, SnO2, Fe3O4, Cr2O3, ZnO or Al2O3. Incident light Lin, which enters in the clear-paint film 1, is reflected on the pigment 4 and a surface of the base metal sheet 3. A colored surface with metallic luster is observed due to interference of light on the pigment 4. Since a color tone is stable without thickness effect of the clear-paint film 1, the clear sheet is useful as decorative members.
