    Abstract: In a case where a succeeding coin has arrived at a coin discriminator (110) before a preceding coin passed through the coin discriminator (110) arrives at a disposition position of a true/false coin distributor (120), the true/false coin distributor (120) is shifted to a false coin side to distribute both of the preceding and succeeding coins to the false coin side. When the preceding coin passed through the coin discriminator (110) is true one and if the succeeding coin has already arrived at the coin discriminator (110) immediately after passage of the preceding coin through the true/false coin distributor (120), the true/false coin distributor (120) is shifted to the false coin side to distribute only the succeeding coin to the false coin side.

The pulse-controlled camera comprises a basic reciprocating member which is rotated in a forward direction or in a backward direction with respect to a home position by a pulse motor. The forward rotation of the basic, reciprocating member from the home position also rotates a lens feeding member through a ratchet base plate in the forward direction, so that a cam action of the lens feeding member feeds a lens holding frame up o a position corresponding to a measured distance value.

    Abstract: A plasma chemical vapor deposition method for forming a film on a substrate which is placed on one of a pair of electrodes oppositely arranged within the reaction chamber of a reactor. A plurality of power generators of different frequencies are applied to the electrodes to excite reactive gases introduced into the reaction chamber, whereby the reactive gases are transformed into a plasma and a desired film is formed on the substrate. Film with a small number of pinholes was formed at a relatively high deposition rate by combinations of power generator frequencies of, for example, 13.56 MHz and 1 MHz, 13.56 MHz and 50 KHz, and 5 MHz and 400 KHz.
