  • Patent number: 9538916
Abstract: In an OCT device, even if an alignment according to a pupil center and a position where a tomographic image can be photographed at a good position may be different according to a subject, automatic alignment is continued at a position where an image quality is good. In a fundus inspection apparatus, an initial adjustment target position on an obtained anterior ocular segment image and an optical axis of a measurement optical system are coincided with each other, and then initial position adjustment is performed. When an instruction for moving an initial adjustment target position is issued, the measurement optical system is moved by a moving amount corresponding to the instruction. At the same time, the initial adjustment target position on the anterior ocular segment image is changed to a position after the movement of the measurement optical system, and positional adjustment is performed again.

  • Patent number: 9456742
Abstract: In order to take a good tomographic image without a complicated position adjustment operation by an inspector, an ophthalmologic apparatus is provided which acquires a fundus tomographic image by optical coherence tomography utilizing interference by low coherence light. The ophthalmologic apparatus includes a tomographic image acquiring unit for acquiring a tomographic image of an eye to be inspected, a tilt calculation unit for calculating a tilt of the tomographic image, and a relative position changing unit for changing a relative position between the tomographic image acquiring unit and the eye to be inspected based on the tilt of the tomographic image. An evaluation index may be devised that indicates a problem with the tomographic image or an anterior ocular image and the relative position changing means may change the relative position according to this evaluation index. The evaluation index is linked to the tilt of the tomographic image.

  • Publication number: 20160213246
Abstract: A tomographic-image pickup unit is controlled so as to capture a tomographic image in response to a signal input from a signal input unit. Then, a display unit is controlled so as to display the captured tomographic image. An eyeground-image pickup unit is controlled so as to capture a two-dimensional image in response to a signal input from the signal input unit while the tomographic image is displayed on the display unit. Therewith, the user can more easily perform imaging, and the time load on the subject is reduced.
