  • Publication number: 20210195386
Abstract: A tracking device is described. The tracking device receives, from a management server, pressure measurement thresholds. The tracking device monitors pressure measurements of the asset. Based on the pressure measurements, the tracking device enters an active mode of operation. When operating in the active mode of operation, the tracking device transmits sensor measurements of the asset to the management server. The tracking device determines new pressure measurements of the asset. Based on the new pressure measurements, the tracking device enters a passive mode of operation. When operating in the passive mode of operation, no data is transmitted or received from/to the tracking device to/from the management server.

  • Patent number: 11013875
Abstract: A method for controlling a humidifier of a CPAP device including a controller, the method including controlling a heating element in the humidifier with command signals from the controller, sensing a temperature of a fluid in the humidifier with a sensor in the humidifier that transmits signals to the controller, establishing an acceptable operating range for the signal transmitted to the controller; determining whether the transmitted signal is within the acceptable operating range, if the signal is within the acceptable operating range treating the signal as being indicative of the temperature of the fluid in the humidifier and using the signal to control the heating element, and if the signal is outside of the acceptable operating range, the controller determines the humidifier to be unavailable.

  • Patent number: 10979871
Abstract: A tracking device is described. The tracking device receives, from a management server, configuration parameters including a first data transmission rate and a second data transmission rate. The tracking device automatically enters into an active mode of the tracking device. When operating in an active mode, the tracking device, is operative to transmit, in response to determining based on first motion sensor measurements that the asset is stationary, first location data at the first data transmission rate. In response to determining, based on second motion sensor measurements and motion definition parameters, that the asset is mobile, the tracking device is operative to transmit, second location data of the asset at the second data transmission rate.

  • Patent number: 10963559
Abstract: A masked property file system receives a property key from a programmer and retrieves property key-value pairs. For each property key-value pair, the masked property file system identifies a masked value based on property files associated with the property key-value pair. For each property key-value pair, the masked property file system associates an environment for the masked value corresponding to the property key-value pair. For each property key-value pair, the masked property file system identifies an executable code for the masked value associated with the environment associated with each property key-value pair and generates a callback within the property key-value pair comprising the executable code. The masked property file system presents the property key-value pairs comprising the callbacks to the programmer.

  • Patent number: 10954781
Abstract: A method for establishing downlink telemetry communication to a downhole system involves placing into a drillstring a telemetry transcoder, and advancing the drillstring so the telemetry transcoder is below the surface. The method then transmits downlink EM telemetry signals from surface equipment. These signals are received at the telemetry transcoder which retransmits the signals as mud pulse signals. The mud pulse signals are received at the downhole system.

  • Publication number: 20210035623
Abstract: Memory devices, controllers and associated methods are disclosed. In one embodiment, a memory device is disclosed. The memory device includes storage cells that are each formed with a metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) transistor having a floating body. Data is stored as charge in the floating body. A transfer interface receives a read command to access data stored in a first group of the storage cells. Sensing circuitry detects the data stored in the first group of storage cells. The transfer interface selectively performs a writeback operation of the sensed data associated with the read command.

  • Publication number: 20210001962
Abstract: The present invention provides a watersports board rack for attaching to a support member (e.g., hanging down from an overhead support tower) of a boat. The rack may have a low profile, superior padding and an increased contact area compared to current rack systems, as well as at least one strap for securing the board against the padding and a coupler for attaching to the overhead support member. The rack may thus be operable to securely hold up to two watersports boards (e.g., two wakesurf boards) without the usual wear and tear (e.g., dents and scrapes) that occurs from regular contact with the tines of current rack systems. The rack may thus increase the boat's capacity to securely store watersports boards while the boat is in motion, and due to the low profile, the rack will not substantially reduce headroom or require removal from a folding tower before folding the tower down for transporting and storing the boat.
