  • Patent number: 11574182
Abstract: In certain embodiments, device inspection or repair may be facilitated via signal-based determinations. In some embodiments, one or more flaws may be detected on a portion of a device via an optical sensor. Based on the detection, a physical structure may be caused to physically interact with the portion of the user device. Information indicating signals from the physical interaction may be obtained. Based on the signal information, a determination of whether a repair process should be performed on the device may be effectuated. The device may be assigned to be repaired via the repair process based on the determination indicating that the repair process should be performed on the device. In some embodiments, the signal information may be provided to a prediction model to determine whether the repair process should be performed on the device.

  • Patent number: 11445065
Abstract: A call screening computing system is described that is configured to perform voice captcha and real-time monitoring of calls into a contact center of an organization. The call screening computing system includes a chat bot configured to operate as an AI-based call screener. The chat bot is configured to perform voice captcha by sending a random question to a user device placing a call into the contact center, and analyzing the received answer to determine whether a user of the user device is human or a robot. The chat bot is configured to, based on the user being human, determine whether the user is a legitimate customer of the organization by generating and presenting authentication challenges to the user device. The chat bot may be configured to monitor and interact with a conversation between the user and an agent of the organization during the call into the contact center.

  • Publication number: 20220071511
Abstract: A health monitor system is provided. The health monitor system is a non-contact, adherence-independent home health monitoring system that longitudinally quantifies dynamic forces across diverse amplitudes and time scales to measure weight, respirations, and ballistocardiograms each night, as people sleep in the comfort of their home beds. Weights and respiratory signals are demixed even when users share the bed with a partner or pet. The incorporated technology is scalably manufacturable and thus inexpensive compared to implantable medical devices intended for the same purpose.

  • Patent number: 10944871
Abstract: A computer system is described that is configured to generate an entry in a centralized event log for each voice call into a contact center of an organization. The event log system is configured to receive call data associated with action performed during the call and retrieve context data associated with the call from across a plurality of disparate systems used by the contact center to service the call. The event log system is configured to include both the call data and the context data in the call entry, and to correlate the call entry with previous call entries for a same entity identified for the call. The call entry may also include entity profile data as metadata. The pertinent data for the call will be stored in a single, centralized location accessible by any of the front-end systems for use in determining how to handle the call.

  • Patent number: 10693952
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for processing and sending messages with low latency are described. An application server may obtain a triggered send request (TSR) message from triggered send (TS) subscriber. The TSR message may comprise TSR information and a TSR payload. The application server may directly inject the TSR payload to an available message server for processing when the TSR information indicates that a first priority is associated with the payload, and may notify the available message server that the TSR payload is available for processing when the TSR information indicates that a second priority is associated with the payload. The application server may also write the TSR payload and/or TSR information to a TSS queue of a TSS tenant space, and may write the payload to a non-relational datastore regardless of a priority associated with the payload. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.
