The electric resistance pattern is formed on an insulation substrate and generates heat upon receipt of electric power. The adhesive sheet has a high heat resistance, a high thermal conductivity, and electric insulation properties. The sheet adheres the electric resistance pattern with the heat conduction plate, and transfers the heat generated from the electric resistance pattern to the heat conduction plate. The insulating thin film coveres at least an exposed portion of the electric resistance pattern.
