  • Patent number: 6579787
Abstract: A plurality of metal wire layers consisting of a first metal wire layer and a second metal wire layer are formed on a semiconductor substrate. A fluorinated silicate glass film serving as an interlayer metal dielectric film is formed between the first and second metal wire layers. A silicon nitride film serving as a protective insulation film is formed on the fluorinated silicate glass film layer. An adhesive layer made of, for example, a P—SiO film, P—SiON film, or PE—SiO film, is formed between the fluorinated silicate glass film and the silicon nitride film.

  • Publication number: 20020080431
Abstract: An image reader of the stepping image reading type, by time division using a fluorescent lamp using a dielectric barrier discharge, in which for each divided image uniform lamp emission is always enabled and which can react advantageously especially when the image read rate increases is achieved by providing an image reader having a lighting part with a fluorescent lamp which use a dielectric barrier discharge and produces pulse emission and an inverter circuit which feeds this fluorescent lamp; a CCD line sensor which continuously receives the reflection light reflected by a manuscript and emitted by this fluorescent lamp, time-divided; and a controller which resets a divided image which is recognized by this CCD line sensor and which controls the timing of the start of recognition of the next divided image and which sends this timing signal to the inverter circuit as well, where the controller, within a given time in which the CCD line sensor recognizes a divided image of the manuscript, sends a flashing si

  • Patent number: 5771309
Abstract: The position of a hole is measured by image-sensing a holed portion formed in a workpiece and then measuring the central position of the holed portion based on an image of the holed portion on a screen of an image sensing apparatus. A plurality of hole edge points which coincide with a hole edge of the image of the holed portion are picked up. A regression ellipse which represents the image of the holed portion from coordinates of the hole edge points is calculated. The central position of the holed portion is obtained from coordinates of the center of the regression ellipse.

  • Patent number: 5633950
Abstract: An optical cutting image which has a maximum portion in the X-axis direction on the screen of an image sensing device and which extends in the X-axis direction away from the maximum portion so as to expand in the Y-axis direction is measured by means of plural windows to be set on both side portions of the image as seen in the Y-axis direction, equations to represent the image lines of both side portions, and the like. The position of a front end point of the image is measured. A first window which is oblong in the X-axis direction is set such that the front end point is contained therein. A position of the center of gravity of image inside the first window is measured. Second and third windows which are oblong in the Y-axis direction are set at a position which is backwardly away by a predetermined length from the center of gravity of image inside the first window in the X-axis direction to measure the position of the center of gravity of image inside each of the windows.

  • Patent number: 5608817
Abstract: An optical measuring method for measuring a position of an edge portion of a workpiece uses an optical measuring apparatus having a projector for radiating a slit light on the workpiece and an image sensing device for picturing an optical cutting image drawn by the slit light radiated on the workpiece. The measuring is made from a pictured optical cutting image on a screen of the image sensing device. In the method, coordinates of an end point on a side of an edge portion of the pictured optical cutting image are obtained. Windows are set in predetermined two positions in that portion of the pictured optical cutting image which extends straight. Coordinates of respective centers of gravity of the pictured optical cutting image inside both the windows are obtained. An equation of a first straight line which passes through both the centers of gravity and an equation of a second straight line which crosses the first straight line at right angles and which passes through the end point are obtained.

  • Patent number: 5605904
Abstract: An ellipticine derivative of the formula [I]: ##STR1## wherein R is a substituted lower alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkoxy group or a heteromonocyclic group, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which show excellent antitumor activity, less side effects, less toxicity and/or high solubility in water and are useful as antitumor agent, and a process for preparing the same.

  • Patent number: 5276353
Abstract: A speed stabilization apparatus for use in a two shaft gas turbine is disclosed which includes a speed detector for detecting a rotational speed of a driving shaft of a turbine for driving a generator, a governer for controlling the amount of fuel supplied to a cumbustor, a plurality of delay circuits for providing load charging delay signals after predetermined time periods from when load charging commands are generated, and a forcible fuel supply control circuit. The governer usually controls the amount of fuel to the combustor in accordance with the detected speed signal from the detector so as to stabilize a rotational speed of the generator. When a load charging command is generated, the forcible fuel supply control circuit causes the governer controlling such that the full amount of fuel in supplied to the combustor. After the predetermined time duration from that, the corresponding charging load is connected to an output of the generator.
