Abstract: A network protocol configuration method and apparatus are disclosed. The network protocol configuration apparatus includes: a determining module, configured to determine at least one target function module according to a target network protocol, where the target network protocol is a protocol used for data processing; a configuration module, configured to configure the at least one target function module, where the at least one configured target function module is configured to process data according to the target network protocol; and a processing module, configured to process the data by using the at least one configured target function module. According to the present invention, different types of network protocol processing can be performed on data by using different configurations of a target function module, which can reduce device costs.

Abstract: Disclosed is optical observation equipment for identifying the forming process of a malignant tumor, which is provided with a receiving space and a transparent front end. Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, a device and a system for access technology configuration. The method includes: receiving a registration request of an access point, where the registration request includes a function unit list or a module class identification in the access point, the function unit list includes all function unit lists of a new module in the access point or a newly-added function unit list of the new module, and the module class identification is used to differentiate modules including different function units in the access point; identifying an access technology of the access point according to the function unit list or the module class identification, and generating access technology configuration information; and sending the access technology configuration information to the access point, so that the access point configures the access technology corresponding to the access point according to the access technology configuration information.

Abstract: A wireless controller communication method and a wireless controller are provided. The method comprises: receiving, by the wireless controller, an identifier and address information allocated to the wireless controller by a network management device; registering, by the wireless controller, attribute information of a slave control device belonging to the wireless controller with the network management device, wherein the network management device establishes a mapping relationship between the wireless controller and the slave control device; searching for address information of the slave control device based on the mapping relationship when the wireless controller needs to communicate with the slave control device; and establishing, by the wireless controller, communication with the slave control device based on the address information of the slave control device.

Abstract: A heat dissipating apparatus includes a rear cove, a fan rotatably attached to the rear cover, a slave gear secured to the fan, and a driving gear rotatably attached to the rear cover. The rear cover defines a plurality of air ventilation holes. The fan is aligned with the plurality of air ventilation holes. The driving gear meshes with the driven gear. A resilient member is secured to the driving member. The driving gear is rotatable in a first direction to deform the resilient member. The resilient member is released to rotate the driving gear in a second direction that is opposite to the first direction, and the slave gear and the fan are together rotatable in the second direction by the driving gear.

Abstract: An evaporation-assisted heat dissipation apparatus includes a heat sink, a fan, and a spraying member. The spraying member includes a water tank, a water transmitting tube, and a plurality of water output tubes. The water tank accommodates a heat-dissipating liquid which flows to the tops of the plurality of water output tubes via the water transmitting tube. The convex meniscus which is formed at the top of each of the plurality of water output tubes is atomized and blown toward the heat sink by the fan and the droplets attach on the heat sink. The droplets are evaporated from the heat sink and remove heat from the heat sink by doing so.

Abstract: A heat-dissipating device includes a receiving tray, a driving module, a plunger, and a heat-dissipating member. A first holding valve assembly and a second holding valve assembly are located on the receiving tray. The driving module includes a first magnet. The plunger includes a second magnet. The receiving tray is divided into a first ventilation area and a second ventilation area. The plunger is moveable in the receiving tray by magnetic forces between the first magnet and the second magnet. Air outside of the receiving tray flows through the first and second ventilation areas via the first holding valve assembly and the second holding valve assembly.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus and a system for service establishment for a multi-mode user equipment. In an embodiments of the present invention, a centralized control entity (Controller) may obtain the base station information of the respective base stations in the multi-RAT network in real time and select proper RAT base station information in accordance with service demand of the user equipment, so as to initiate bearer establishment for the service. Compared with the prior art which only aims at a particular service and handover can only be performed in particular RAT networks, the present solution does not has particular limitation on a service, and moreover, a proper RAT network may be selected from multiple RAT networks more flexibly for each service without increasing power consumption of the user equipment.

The airflow outlet module comprises a plurality of airflow outlet grooves. The piston module comprises a magnet. The heat sink is aligned with the plurality of airflow outlet grooves. The electromagnet module is capable of moving the magnet and the piston module back and forth in the casing. The air flow module is capable of blowing air to the heat sink via the plurality of airflow outlet grooves.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and a device for handover of a mobile terminal between base stations, which relates to the field of communications technologies and can realize handover of user equipment between base stations in a condition of ensuring that business services of a neighbouring base station and a target base station are not interrupted. An embodiment of the present invention includes: a source base station obtains a designated channel resource, and, by negotiating with a target base station and a neighbouring base station, determines to send a handover command to user equipment. Embodiments of the present invention are mainly applied to a handover process of a base station.

Abstract: A pointing device includes an enclosure, a touch panel, and a securing panel. The enclosure includes an enclosure body, a first resisting portion and a second resisting portion extending from the enclosure body, and an elastic element mounted to the enclosure body. The touch panel is placed between the first resisting portion and the second resisting portion. The securing panel includes a panel body and a first resisting tab and a second resisting tab extending from the panel body. The first resisting tab is received in the first resisting portion, and the second resisting tab is received in the second resisting portion, thereby enabling the touch panel to be secured between the panel body and the enclosure body.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclosed an open-loop link adaptation adjusting method and apparatus, firstly, classifying, by a base station, states of a user equipment during an information transmission process, and configuring an open-loop link adaptation adjusting OLLA value for each of the classified states respectively; then, determining, by the base station, a current state of the user equipment, and selecting an OLLA value corresponding to the current state of the user equipment from the OLLA values corresponding to each of the states respectively; and finally, after adjusting a modulation and coding scheme MCS value according to the OLLA value corresponding to the current state of the user equipment, modifying, by the base station, the OLLA value corresponding to the current state of the user equipment. The present invention is applicable to the communication system field.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for scheduling user data, and the method includes: acquiring a power limitation manner in which power limitation is implemented on user data of a user; acquiring an actual scheduling weight of the user after the power limitation is implemented in accordance with the power limitation manner; and transmitting the user data of the user on a resource block according to the actual scheduling weight of the user. This method combines different power limitation manners with scheduling criteria and updates the scheduling weight according to the power limitation manner, so that a scheduling result is more in line with a channel state, and system performance is improved.

The heat dissipation piece is mounted in a base plate of the encasing structure and configured for directly contacting with a heat generating component. The bearing is mounted on the heat dissipation piece. The mounting post is pivotably mounted in the bearing. The fan impeller is capable of dissipating heat generated by the heat generating component when the mounting post is rotating in the bearing.
