An outlet pipe is connected to the bottom of the water tank and the hydrogen-containing ozone water generator is disposed on the outlet pipe for hydrolysis of the water to generate oxygen and ozone gas at an anode plate and hydrogen gas at a cathode plate and further get disinfectant water formed by ozone water mixed with hydrogen-rich water while the ultrasonic atomizer is arranged at an outlet end of the outlet pipe. The rechargeable battery provides power to the electronic controller, the hydrogen-containing ozone water generator, and the ultrasonic atomizer for driving them to work. The humidifier is compact and easy to carry.

The air disinfector and humidifier combo includes a tank used for storing water and provided with an air outlet, an electrolytic oxygen generator arranged at the tank for hydrolysis of water in the tank to generate ozone water, an ultrasonic oscillator disposed on the tank for atomizing the ozone water in the tank to produce ozone water mist, an air pump, a bubble refiner connected to an air vent of the air pump and mounted in the tank for generating submicron bubbles, and an electronic control unit electrically connected to the electrolytic oxygen generator, the ultrasonic oscillator, and the air pump for control of their operating time. The air disinfector and humidifier combo provides humidification, disinfection and purification functions. The submicron fine bubbles of the ozone water interact better with dirty air to improve disinfection and cleaning effect.

The method includes the steps of: removing a case of a battery to expose a core of the battery, immersing the core in a functional electrolyte suitable for removing solid electrolyte interface (SEI) layer formed on surface of active materials, measuring characteristic parameters of the functional electrolyte during the period the core is immersed, adjusting concentration and electric conductivity of the functional electrolyte which the core is immersed therein by adding other suitable functional electrolytes according to the measured characteristic parameters until both the concentration and the electric conductivity are within a normal range of batteries or capacity of the core reaches the normal value of the battery. Thus the core is regenerated and re-packaged to form a regenerated battery.

    Abstract: A method for forming electroplated copper on a surface of non-metal materials by graphene-based plating ink is revealed. A graphene-based plating ink is prepared by modified functionalized graphene and then sprayed on a surface of a non-metal material. Next dry the graphene-based plating ink sprayed on the non-metal material. A layer of electroplated copper is formed on a surface of the graphene-based plating ink by plating. The method uses graphene-based plating ink as a conductor of the electroplated copper and increases adhesion between functionalized graphene contained in the graphene-based plating ink and the non-metal material by modification. During plating, no heavy metal is used as catalyst so that the method is environmentally friendly and cost-saving. The graphene-based plating ink with excellent adhesion and higher flexibility can be attached to the surface of the non-metal material firmly and used as an adhesive between electroplated copper and the non-metal material.

    Abstract: A flexible printed circuit and a method for manufacturing the same are revealed. Modified functionalized graphene is used to prepare a functionalized graphene-based ink. Then the functionalized graphene-based ink is printed on a surface of a flexible plastic substrate to form a conductive trace pattern of a circuit. A layer of deposited copper is formed on a surface of the functionalized graphene-based ink by chemical copper plating. Since the functionalized graphene-based ink is used as catalyst for electroless copper plating, no hexavalent chromium (chromium (VI)) and palladium are required. Thus the present method has the advantages of environmental protection and low cost. The conductive trace pattern formed by the functionalized graphene-based ink has excellent adhesive capacity and higher flexibility so that it can be securely attached to the surface of the flexible plastic substrate and used as an adhesive between the copper deposition and the flexible plastic substrate.

A LED filament with hBN based heat dissipation radiation laminate was obtained after this process.
