    Abstract: This application provides an uplink control information transmission method and an apparatus. In the method, a terminal device obtains first physical uplink control channel PUCCH configuration information corresponding to multicast data and second PUCCH configuration information corresponding to unicast data. When first hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgment HARQ-ACK information corresponding to received multicast data and second HARQ-ACK information corresponding to received unicast data have a same priority and are to be fed back in a same time unit, the terminal device may determine a PUCCH resource based on the first PUCCH configuration information or the second PUCCH configuration information, and then send uplink control information on the PUCCH resource. The uplink control information includes the first HARQ-ACK information and the second HARQ-ACK information.

In the method, a terminal determines, based on a detected SSB, a first index of the SSB in a first set and a second index of the SSB, and then determines a resource of the SSB. One SSB may correspond to one or more resources, and time division multiplexing may be performed between different resources. Therefore, there is a plurality of sending occasions for one SSB. Each SSB corresponds to one transmit beam direction, so that a sending occasion of an SSB corresponding to a transmit beam direction may be flexibly adjusted. When a plurality of SSBs in one set are sent, a sending sequence of SSBs corresponding to different transmit beam directions may be determined according to a service requirement, to further determine a resource occupied by each SSB.
