Abstract: A chip system including I/O pins, a memory chip and a processing chip is provided. The processing chip includes I/O pads, memory access pads, a processor, an I/O controller, a memory controller and a transmission gate module. Under an operation mode, the I/O controller allows the processor to communicate with an external circuit device through the I/O controller, the I/O pads and the I/O pins. Under the operation mode, the memory controller allows the processor to access the memory chip through the memory controller and the memory access pads. The transmission gate module is enabled during a program mode or a test mode to allow the external circuit device to perform programming or testing on the memory chip through the I/O pins, the I/O pads, the transmission gate module and the memory access pads.

Abstract: The present invention provides a pin multiplexer including a multiplexing circuit, a control circuit and a detecting circuit. The multiplexing circuit includes a first port, a second port and a third port, wherein the first port, the second port and the third port are coupled to a first device, a second device and a third device, respectively. The control circuit is configured to control the multiplexing circuit to operate in a first mode or a second mode, wherein when the multiplexing circuit operates in the first mode, the first port is coupled the second port; and when the multiplexing circuit operates in the second mode, the first port is coupled to the third port. When operating in the second mode, the detecting circuit detects a signal of the first port to generate a detection result for dynamically switching the data transmission direction between the third device and the first device.

Abstract: Techniques are described for switching streaming of media content between content delivery networks (CDNs) during mid-stream. An initial CDN can be used to stream the media content. The performance of a second CDN can be measured by requesting a fragment of the media content as a measurement or test fragment. Streaming of the media content can be switched to the second CDN if its performance is determined to be better than the initial CDN.

Abstract: Techniques are described for adjusting parameter settings for bitrate selection algorithms for devices streaming media content. Control parameter settings are selected for playback of first media content. Test parameter settings are selected for playback of second media content. If the test parameter settings result in better playback performance relative to the control parameter settings, the test parameter settings become the new control parameter settings.

Abstract: Techniques for delivering live streaming content are described by which a streaming heuristic is selected based on the delay between the live and client playheads. For live content for which the delay is short, a low latency streaming heuristic is selected which is designed to handle live content streams for which only a few seconds of content can be buffered. For live content for which the delay is longer, a higher latency streaming heuristic is selected which is designed to handle streams for which the delay is sufficient to build a buffer of content fragments.

The handle is rotated away from the mounting tray to deform the resilient member, and the resilient member is released to rotate the handle towards the mounting tray.

Abstract: A dispensing device for a vending machine includes a frame, a base plate, a limiting member attached to the frame, and a pivot shaft. When supported, the base plate carries a product item but when the support is rotated away the base plate drops to release the product item. The frame includes a main plate and a pair of mounting pieces with mounting holes. The base plate includes a pivot hole for the pivot shaft, the pivot shaft includes a rod, extending though the mounting hole and the pivot hole, and a limiting cap, connected to a distal end of the rod. An inner side of the limiting cap resists against the mounting piece. A resisting post on the limiting member resists against an outer side of the limiting cap, thereby preventing the pivot shaft from working loose and disengaging out of the mounting hole.

The plurality of warehouses is slidably accommodated in the rack. The band or rope is rotatably secured to the rack and engages with each of the plurality of warehouses. The band or rope is stretched to the full when one of the plurality of warehouses is pulled out of the rack, preventing any other warehouse from being pulled out of the rack at the same time.
