    Abstract: A pixel package includes a base material, a circuit structure, light-emitting semiconductor elements, a non-light-emitting semiconductor element, and a light-transmitting adhesive layer. The base material has an upper surface, a lower surface, and a side surface. The circuit structure is buried in the base material and includes an first circuit layer exposed from the upper surface, bottom electrodes exposed from the lower surface, and a middle circuit layer between the upper circuit layer and the plurality of bottom electrodes and covered by the base material. The light-emitting semiconductor elements are on the upper surface and electrically connected to the circuit structure. The non-light-emitting semiconductor element is buried in the base material and directly connected to the middle circuit layer, and at least one outside surface is exposed. The light-transmitting adhesive layer covers the light-emitting semiconductor elements and is in direct contact with the base material.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a surgical implant material for assisted repair of muscle mechanics and a method of preparing the same. The surgical implant material for assisted repair of muscle mechanics comprises a collagen compound within a net-like bacterial cellulose base material. A bacterial cellulose base material is placed into solution of collagen, treated via vortex shaking, dried at room temperature; and then immersed in an aqueous solution of an aldehyde compound under vacuum to react for 10 to 30 minutes, thereby producing the surgical implant material for assisted repair of muscle mechanics. The surgical implant material of the present invention can effectively improve the biocompability, and maintain the flexibility, smoothness and fitness of the base material to reduce the damage to surrounding tissues, thereby reducing the bleeding and inflammatory response.

    Abstract: Superhydrophobic electrothermal epoxy composites, their preparation and a self-healing method are disclosed. 1,4,5-oxadithiepane-2,7-dione and methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride were mixed and cured with epoxides to get self-healable epoxy resins; carbon nanotube/self-healable epoxy resin prepolymers were coated on self-healable epoxy resins and cured to get electrothermal epoxy composites; modified superhydrophobic copper powders were adhered on electrothermal epoxy composites and cured to get a kind of superhydrophobic electrothermal epoxy composites. The thermal resistance of superhydrophobic electrothermal epoxy composites is superior to existed technical solutions and they can simultaneously repair cracking and delamination and the healed samples still exhibit excellent superhydrophobicity.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a precursor for a super-hydrophobic composite material coating and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method includes the following steps: coating an ACNTB-SiO2 coupling agent suspension, in parts by weight, on the surface of a gel body of a mixture of the ACNTB-SiO2 coupling agent, an epoxy resin, a diglycidyl-ether-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, and an amino-terminal hyperbranched polysiloxane, and volatilizing a solvent, so as to obtain the precursor for the super-hydrophobic composite coating; and then performing curing, so as to obtain the durable super-hydrophobic composite coating. The durable super-hydrophobic composite coating has the characteristics of simple operations, durability and good hydrophobicity; and the prepared coating has excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance.

A six-degree-of-freedom microvibration simulator simulates an on-orbit microvibration mechanical environment which is used as an input of a test. Extremely high-precision sensors collect system response data.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an epoxy resin system having a phase separation structure, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. After mixing an epoxy resin, an amine curing agent and an epoxy diluent, pre-polymerization is carried out to obtain a prepolymer 1; or, after mixing an epoxy resin and an amine curing agent, pre-polymerization is carried out to obtain a prepolymer 1; after mixing an epoxy resin, an anhydride curing agent and an accelerator, polymerization is carried out to obtain a prepolymer 2; and after the prepolymer 1 and the prepolymer 2 are mixed, curing is carried out to obtain an epoxy resin system having a phase separation structure. The present invention controls the formation of a thermosetting epoxy resin system having a phase separation structure by means of preparing different epoxy resin pre-polymerization systems and using an interface reaction between the different pre-polymerization systems.

A method for error evaluation comprises in accordance with a determination that an error occurs in a data protection system, obtaining context information related to an operation of the data protection system; determining, based on the context information and using a trained deep learning model, a type of the error in the data protection system from a plurality of predetermined types, the deep learning model being trained based on training context information and a label on a ground-truth type of an error associated with the training context information; and providing the determined type of the error in the data protection system. In this way, it is possible to achieve automatic classification of errors in the data protection system, thereby improving the efficiency in error classification and saving the operation costs.
