  • Patent number: 11193000
Abstract: This invention provides a self-healable epoxy resin and its preparation, recycling and remolding method. With the catalyst of potassium iodide, an ester solution of 2-mercaptoacetic acid was oxidated by 30% H2O2 to form 2,2?-dithiodiacetic acid; then 2,2?-dithiodiacetic acid was dehydrated and cyclizated by anhydride to form 1,4,5-oxadithiepane-2,7-dione; 1,4,5-oxadithiepane-2,7-dione and methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride were mixed by mass ratio and cured with epoxides to get the self-healable epoxy resin. Through controlling dynamic and permanent three-dimensional crosslinked network, the self-healable epoxy resins provided in this invention exhibit high thermal resistance and improved mechanical properties as well as excellent self-healing ability, recyclability and remoldability. This invention provides a preparation method with the merits of low cost, simple production processes, broad application prospects and strong utility.

  • Publication number: 20210147315
Abstract: A method is provided to purify [F-18]FEONM under a high pressure. The synthesis processes of [F-18]FEONM are integrated. An isolation process of non-toxic radio-high performance liquid chromatography (radio-HPLC) is used to purify the crude product. The method integrates a convention [F-18]FDG synthesizer and a novel radio-HPLC system together in a heat chamber. After radiofluorinating the precursor, the reaction product is purified with an alumina solid-phase column in advance to obtain the crude product while fluorine-18 is removed. Then, diphenyl semipreparative HPLC column is used for a final purification. A non-toxic solvent is used for mobile-phase eluting to remove the unreacted precursor and the phase-transfer solvent. The radiofluorination has a reaction yield about 50 percent (%). The method has an uncorrected radiochemical yield of 10˜20%. Both of the radio-HPLC and the radio-thin layer chromatography (radio-TLC) have radiochemical purity higher than 95%.

  • Publication number: 20210137143
Abstract: The patent discloses halophilic bacteria and a method for fermenting fish paste, belonging to the technical field of solid-state fermentation of aquatic products using microorganisms. Four kinds of screened halophilic bacteria were used as mixed starter culture to produce fish paste. The effects of the ratio of mixed starter culture, inoculation amount, fermentation temperature, fermentation time and salinity on fish paste were studied by determining physical and chemical indexes and performing sensory evaluation. The fish paste has the characteristics of high safety, low salinity, high flavor and nutrition value. This method of fish paste processing needs short fermentation time. The fermented products of fish paste with better flavor can be obtained by using the mixed starter culture.
