  • Publication number: 20220158756
Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method. The method includes: An electronic device first establishes an MPTCP connection to an application server, where the MPTCP connection includes two TCP connections. Then, the electronic device receives indication information from an application server, where the indication information includes a type identifier and a parameter. When the type identifier indicates a low data transmission delay requirement, the electronic device receives, in a first time period after the electronic device receives the indication information, the data stream by using a first TCP connection. When an accumulated data amount actually received by the electronic device in the first time period is less than a product of the parameter and duration corresponding to the first time period, the electronic device receives the data stream in a second time period by using both the two TCP connections.

  • Publication number: 20210388417
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for reversibly protecting and separation DNA, comprising phosphorylating the 5?-terminal of a target DNA molecule, modifying the 5?-terminal by adenylation; adding adenosine DNA-sensitive exonuclease to samples obtained after termination of the reaction to digest the template; finally, the obtained adenylated modified DNA, that is, the obtained target DNA is separated, and subjected to technical analysis such as sequencing and identification, and the 5?end of the obtained sequence is the site of adenylation modification. The method provided by the present disclosure fills the gap that the prior art cannot accurately locate the break site on genomic DNA, can realize the quantitative and positioning analysis of the break site on DNA samples of different lengths and different sources, and is simple to use and easy to operate. And there are no special requirements for samples, high accuracy, low detection background influence, and high resolution.

  • Publication number: 20210294285
Abstract: A spoiling apparatus for triggering a turbulent transition by autonomous disturbance and spoilers. The spoilers are mounted in multiple grooves in the circumferential direction of a navigating body, when a flow autonomously undergoes a turbulent transition, the spoilers remain in the grooves, the surface of the navigating body is free of protrusion, thus causing no additional flow resistance. A rated critical Reynolds number is set, in a case of a reduced flow speed and reduced density, the flow is a laminar flow, at which time the pressure applied to the spoilers by the flow is reduced, and the spoilers are ejected under the effect of compression springs. When ejected, the spoilers disturb the flowing of the bottom layer of the flow, and trigger the laminar flow into a turbulent flow.
