  • Patent number: 8258912
Abstract: Magnetic flux in a magnetic flux distribution inside a wound iron core for a stationary apparatus is mal-distributed toward the inner periphery side where the magnetic path of a laminated magnetic steel sheet is short with respect to the total lamination thickness and magnetic resistance is small and the inner periphery side on which magnetic flux is concentrated has a high magnetic flux density and increased iron loss, and therefore magnetic steel sheets of different magnetic characteristics are disposed at an arbitrary lamination ratio to make uniform the magnetic flux distribution inside the same wound iron core.

  • Publication number: 20120197591
Abstract: According to one embodiment, in the angle detection apparatus, the first A-D converter unit receives the first signal, and performs analog-to-digital conversion of the first signal. The second A-D converter unit receives the second signal orthogonal to the first signal, and performs analog-to-digital conversion of the second signal. The first delay circuit receives a third signal outputted by the first A-D converter unit, and performs a phase adjustment of the third signal. The second delay circuit receives a fourth signal outputted by the second A-D converter unit, and performs a phase adjustment of the fourth signal. The phase detection adjustment unit monitors phases of signals outputted by the first and second delay circuits, and gives phase adjustment commands to the first and second delay circuits, when a phase shift occurs.

  • Patent number: 8188896
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a digital converter is provided to process output signals of a resolver attached to a rotating apparatus. These output signals are converted into digital signals by ?? AD converters. Multiplication units receive the digital signals outputted from the ?? AD converters. A subtraction unit subtracts the outputs of the multiplication units. A synchronous detection unit detects the output of the subtraction unit based on a synchronization signal synchronously. An angular velocity calculation unit adjusts a proportional gain of an output of the synchronous detection unit, compensates the phase thereof, and calculates the angular velocity of the rotating apparatus. A rotational angle calculation unit calculates a rotational angle by integrating the angular velocity. Cosine and sine output units output a cosine and a sine corresponding to the obtained rotational angle to the multiplication units, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20110234360
Abstract: Disclosed is a wound iron core (3) for a static apparatus in which magnetic paths in the inside of the wound iron core are subdivided to improve iron core characteristics. The iron core (3) is configured by using two or more kinds of magnetic materials (11 to 14) with different magnetic permeabilities to form laminated blocks with single plates or a plurality of laminated plates and by alternately arranging the laminated blocks with different magnetic permeabilities from the inner circumference. An iron core material (14) with large magnetic permeability out of iron core materials with different magnetic permeabilities is arranged on the inner circumference side. Further, when the iron core materials with different magnetic permeabilities are alternately arranged, the iron core materials (11) with the same magnetic permeability are configured to gradually change in thickness to ease an excessive magnetic flux density distribution in the iron core.
