Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for producing a unit for applying a cosmetic product, the application unit comprising a support having a fixing site onto which a mass of cosmetic product is molded, the method comprising injection molding the cosmetic product onto the support. Also disclosed herein are application units obtained by such a method.

Abstract: A dispensing head which can be mounted on a receptacle. The dispensing head includes a pump, for surmounting the receptacle, with an actuating rod having a longitudinal axis X. A diffuser is mounted on the pump, and includes a tube opening at a dispensing orifice, with the tube being elongated along an axis Y distinct from the axis X. A lever arm controls the actuation of the pump, with the lever arm including a portion capable of coming to bear on the diffuser in order to actuate the pump. In addition, a locking member is configured such that, in a first position, the locking member allows actuation of the pump and, in a second position, the locking member prevents actuation of the pump. In a disclosed example, in the second position the tube abuts against a portion of the locking member to prevent actuation of the pump.

The protective device comprises a cap mounted on the system and at least one means for releasing the system. The releasing means comprises a means for holding the system relative to the device and a means for actuating the holding means in order to render the holding means inactive and at least partly separate the system and the protective device. The assembly also comprises return means capable of maintaining a sealed contact between the closing member and the storage receptacle in an active position of the holding means.

Abstract: The invention relates to an application unit for a cosmetic product for an applicator comprising a region for receiving the application unit, the said application unit comprising: a support comprising a first portion suitable for the fixing in removable fashion of the support to the reception region and a second portion forming at least one compartment for receiving the cosmetic composition, at least one cosmetic product to be applied to human keratinous substances, the composition of the product being different from that of the material forming the support. According to the invention, the cosmetic product is moulded by injection onto the support. The invention also relates to a process for producing an application unit.

In an illustrated example, the dispenser includes an aerosol container containing the refrigerant and a dispensing valve fitted to a fixing cup which crimps onto the aerosol container. The aerosol container is at least partly housed inside an outer jacket, and a dispensing channel is engaged on the dispensing valve. A cover is mounted on top of the dispensing channel. The cover has an inside face that is impermeable to the refrigerant and at least part of the cover, preferably an outside face of the cover, is made of a material having a thermal conductivity greater than or equal to 1 Wm?1K?1. A method of applying a cosmetic product to a body surface is also provided.

A dispensing device is provided which can actuate the actuation rod in order to dispense the product through a dispensing aperture. Advantageously, the dispensing device is positionable in at least two different positions, including: (1) a use position in which the actuation device can rock or tilt the actuation rod to dispense the product, but in which the dispensing device does not move the actuation rod along its longitudinal axis, and (2) an intermediate position in which the dispensing device is not in fluid communication with the actuation rod. The arrangement can advantageously avoid dispensing of the product or products when such dispensing is not desired.
