Abstract: A dispensing device which can be mounted on a container fitted with a dispensing element through which a product held in the container can emerge when this element is actuated. The device includes an element for mounting the device on the container, and a dispensing head. The dispensing head includes a dispensing orifice and a conduit to channel the product emerging from the dispensing element to the dispensing orifice. An actuating surface is movable relative to the mounting element, and actuates the dispensing element. In a preferred example, the actuating surface and the conduit are formed by molding as a single piece. A closure member is configured to cover the dispensing orifice in a stowed position. Movement of the closure element to the stowed position involves a force exerted by the closure element on the head, axially to the conduit, in the direction toward the dispensing element.

Abstract: A device for dispensing a cosmetic and/or care product includes a container having a free edge defining a product dispensing aperture. According to an example, the container has a longitudinal axis intersecting the dispensing aperture, a cap to be mounted on the container between closed and open positions, a sensory stimulation member or device fixed in relation to the container or the cap housing it. A power supply switch is inaccessible in the closed position, and capable of making the sensory stimulation member change state. A switch actuator selectively connects the power supply to the sensory stimulation member during movement of the cap from the closed position to the open position.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an assembly comprising: a dispensing device containing at least one product to be dispensed, and a case for holding the dispensing device when the latter is not in use, this case comprising a housing in which the dispensing device is held, this housing having a lower part and an upper part widened relative to the lower part, the case being configured to receive a quantity of liquid which is sufficient for the dispensing device to be able to float in the case at least when the dispensing device is not completely full.

Abstract: A cooling device includes a cooling arrangement having a refrigerant dispenser. In an illustrated example, the dispenser includes an aerosol container containing the refrigerant and a dispensing valve fitted to a fixing cup which crimps onto the aerosol container. The aerosol container is at least partly housed inside an outer jacket, and a dispensing channel is engaged on the dispensing valve. A cover is mounted on top of the dispensing channel. The cover has an inside face that is impermeable to the refrigerant and at least part of the cover, preferably an outside face of the cover, is made of a material having a thermal conductivity greater than or equal to 1 Wm?1K?1. A method of applying a cosmetic product to a body surface is also provided.

Abstract: A dispensing head which can be mounted on a receptacle. The dispensing head includes a pump, for surmounting the receptacle, with an actuating rod having a longitudinal axis X. A diffuser is mounted on the pump, and includes a tube opening at a dispensing orifice, with the tube being elongated along an axis Y distinct from the axis X. A lever arm controls the actuation of the pump, with the lever arm including a portion capable of coming to bear on the diffuser in order to actuate the pump. In addition, a locking member is configured such that, in a first position, the locking member allows actuation of the pump and, in a second position, the locking member prevents actuation of the pump. In a disclosed example, in the second position the tube abuts against a portion of the locking member to prevent actuation of the pump.

Abstract: A product packaging and dispensing assembly includes one or more containers containing a product. The assembly includes a dispensing device which is movable relative to the container in a swiveling or rocking motion to actuate an actuator rod of the container. In addition, an arrangement is provided which limits displacement of the dispensing device to prevent or minimize movement of the dispensing device in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the actuator rod, and also to limit swiveling movement in a direction opposite to that utilized for actuation of the actuator rod.

Abstract: An assembly for packaging and a dispensing a product includes at least one container containing a product, with the container including an actuation rod. A dispensing device is provided which can actuate the actuation rod in order to dispense the product through a dispensing aperture. Advantageously, the dispensing device is positionable in at least two different positions, including: (1) a use position in which the actuation device can rock or tilt the actuation rod to dispense the product, but in which the dispensing device does not move the actuation rod along its longitudinal axis, and (2) an intermediate position in which the dispensing device is not in fluid communication with the actuation rod. The arrangement can advantageously avoid dispensing of the product or products when such dispensing is not desired.

Abstract: A dispensing cap and a container having a dispensing cap are provided in which the dispensing cap includes first and second parts designed for mounting onto a container. The dispensing cap includes: (a) a first part fitted with an interior output orifice suitable for allowing selective communication with the container interior; and (b) a second part through a conduit extends and which opens at a dispensing outlet. The second part is arranged so that it can rotate on axis Y, which is aligned obliquely to an axis X of the container, in such a way as to move from a closed position at which the second part will seal off the interior output orifice to a dispensing position in which the interior output orifice will communicate with the dispensing outlet by way of the conduit. In addition, the dispensing cap is configured in such a way as to activate a dispensing member provided on the container.

The device includes a container fitted with a dispensing element designed to facilitate discharge of the product from the container, and a dispensing head surmounting the container. The dispensing head includes a mounting member configured to attach to the dispensing element or the container. The dispensing head also includes a diffuser fitted with a dispensing orifice configured to move and actuate the dispensing element so as to cause the product to be released. The diffuser is connected, before a first actuation of the dispensing element, to the mounting member by at least one bridge of material in a position such that the diffuser is not in fluid communication with the dispensing element, the bridge of material being breakable upon first actuation so as to enable fluid engagement of the dispensing element with the diffuser.

A distribution device is mounted on top of the containers and includes a distribution nozzle fitted with at least one distribution orifice. The distribution device further includes a movable actuator element to provoke the simultaneous distribution of two products in a mixed or separate state. Further, an intermediate body is separate from the actuator element and includes two skirts. The intermediate body is able to engage respectively on the two actuator rods of the containers, and at least one inner channel allows the flow of products towards the distribution nozzle. The actuator element and the intermediate body are arranged to co-operate on operation of the actuator element so as to allow the passage of products from the recipients to the distribution nozzle via the inner channel.

In an illustrated form, the dispensing head has an axis X, designed to actuate a dispensing element mounted on a receptacle to dispense a product contained in the receptacle. A dispensing conduit is capable of communicating with the product inside the receptacle and has at least two passages of different cross-sections. In a preferred form, the conduit is molded as a single piece with the arrangement attaching the head to the receptacle integral therewith via a deformable connection. The device can be particularly advantageous for cosmetic products and includes a container containing the product to be dispensed under pressure, a propellant in the form of a liquefied gas having a gaseous phase and a liquid phase, and at least one retaining member able to trap the liquid phase of the propellant. The retaining member includes at least one portion that is permeable to the gaseous phase of the propellant. A valve is associated with the container and includes a body that includes a first passage able, when the device is in a first position, to cause the product contained in the container to enter the valve body when the valve is actuated, and a second passage able, when the device is in the first position, to cause the propellant contained in gaseous form in the container to enter the valve body when the valve is actuated.

Abstract: A dispenser unit comprises a housing and an actuator movable relative to the housing to cause the contents of two containers to be dispensed simultaneously in mixed or separate state. Each container includes a hollow stem through which the substance is dispensed when the stem is depressed. The dispenser unit includes a fluid-conducting member distinct from the actuator and including two hoods for engaging the two stems of the containers. Depressing the actuator causes the fluid-conducting member to actuate the stems and initiate dispensing of the contents into a single passage or two separate passages of the fluid-conducting member. The fluid-conducting member is movable within the housing for accommodating mismatch in heights of the stems. The actuator includes a single internal channel or two separate channels for receiving the container contents from the fluid-conducting member.
