  • Patent number: 9957657
Abstract: An appliance lock includes a housing and a lid movable between an open and closed positions. First and second sliders supported for movement by the housing. A striker is attachable to the other of the appliance body and lid. The striker is connectable with the housing upon movement of the lid to the closed position. The striker has a first portion for engaging and moving the first slider from a first position to a second position upon lid movement to the closed position. The striker has a second portion for engaging and moving the second slider from a first position to a second position upon lid movement to the closed position. The first and second sliders being in the second positions enables activation of the appliance. Structure minimizes the ability to move the first and second sliders to the second position by substantially anything but the striker.

  • Patent number: 9764407
Abstract: There is provided a system and method for quick identification and selection of torch processes based on a profile scheme. In an illustrated embodiment, a profile selectable via a one-click process may define operational parameters for one or more torch processes. Multiple profiles may be identified by corresponding labels that are visible on the face of the system. Furthermore, in an illustrated embodiment, the profiles and associated torch processes may be automatically stored in the system upon user configuration of the operational parameters. For example, in one embodiment, the user may select a profile and configure a welding process. Upon changing an operational parameter, it may be automatically saved to the selected profile and process. Reselection of that profile may recall the last used process and its associated parameters. The operational parameters of other configured processes may then be retrieved by selecting the desired process within the selected profile.

  • Patent number: 9591059
Abstract: An apparatus for file change notifications includes a notification creation module that creates, on a first local node, a file change notification message in response to a client creating, deleting, and/or modifying a file system item addressed through a file path. The first local node notifies associated local client processes representing clients connected to the first local node and flagged to receive file change information. The apparatus includes a node identification module that checks a global node for second local nodes flagged to receive file change information for the file path and a notification distribution module that sends a file change notification message from the first local node to the second local nodes in response to receiving identification of the second local nodes. A second local node notifies associated local client processes representing clients connected to a second local node and flagged to receive change information for the file path.
