  • Publication number: 20040139619
Abstract: To provide a rotation angle detector with high detecting accuracy for use in association with a steering wheel on a vehicle and the like, a rotation angle detector is constructed by providing a recess surrounding a shaft portion in a top face of a detecting member and extending a shaft support, formed on an upper cover, into the recess.

  • Patent number: 6630823
Abstract: In a rotation-angle detector, a first detector detects a movement of a driven body following the rotation of a change gear engaged with a rotary gear of a rotary body, and outputs the detection result as a detection signal which gradually increases or decreases. At the same time, a second detector detects a rotation of a detecting gear engaged with the change gear or directly with the rotary gear of the rotary body and outputs the detection result as a detection signal which repeats continuously. A detecting circuit detects a rotation angle of the rotary body based on these two detection signals. This structure allows the rotation-angle detector to produce a smaller detection error, and be downsized. Further, only a simple calculation in the detecting circuit is necessary.

  • Publication number: 20030088989
Abstract: A rotational angle detector detects, with a detecting unit, a rotation of a rotary body rotating in cooperation with a steering wheel as a detection signal having a cyclic waveform that gradually increases or decreases in one cycle, calculates the detection signal as a rotational angle of the rotary body, and stores the detection signal. The rotational angle detector is used for detecting the rotational angle of a steering wheel of a car and allows the angle detection at a high solution in a simple structure.

  • Publication number: 20030020461
Abstract: An angle sensor can be re-mounted properly. This angle sensor includes a detecting sensor that detects a turned volume of a rotary shaft, and a governor connected to the detecting sensor. The governor includes a comparator that compares a turned angle data obtained before the angle sensor is detached with a turned angle data obtained after the angle sensor is re-mounted. This angle sensor produces a remarkable advantage when it is used in cars which are governed using the data about a turned volume of the steering wheel or the shaft.

  • Patent number: 6421449
Abstract: A speaker having a voice coil bobbin wound around with the voice coil and a detection coil together. The detection coil is formed by a wire whose diameter is smaller than one fourth of that of the wire used for the voice coil, and wound in a space among the voice coil wires. In another example, the voice coil and the detection coil are formed using a flat type wire. In a speaker made in accordance with the present invention, the outer diameter of the whole coil structure containing a voice coil and a detection coil does not increase; as a result, decrement of the magnetic flux density in magnetic gap does not occur. Thus, the signals that proportionately represent the speaker vibration are made available without inviting deterioration in the efficiency of a speaker, nor an increased Q0.

  • Patent number: 6375477
Abstract: The invention comprises a case having an opening, electronic parts and a wiring board installed in the case, a connector plug body fixed to the case, and a lid disposed in the opening of the case. The connector plug body has terminals and base. The terminals have an upper terminal projecting in upper direction from the base, and a lower terminal projecting from lower direction of the base. The lower terminal is electrically connected to the wiring board. The lid has a connector housing. The upper terminal projects into the connector housing. The base is fixed in the case, and hence the connector plug body is fixed to the case. The case has a connector fixing part projecting from the inner bottom of the case. The connector fixing part is positioned in lower direction of the connector housing, and the base is fixed in the connector fixing part. The connector housing is integrally formed with the lid. In this configuration, the connector area is reduced.

  • Patent number: 6370253
Abstract: A signal produced by a speaker is removed from a totaled sound of noise around the speaker and the signal from the speaker, thereby extracting correctly the noise around. This structure allows an audio reproducing apparatus of the present invention to masking compensation more naturally. This audio reproducing apparatus includes a detecting coil (17) disposed on a bobbin (16) of the speaker (13), and a microphone (15) disposed around the speaker (13). An output signal from the detecting coil (17) and an output signal from the microphone (15) are respectively filtered, and then undergo an adding process. An input signal is adjusted its magnitude based on these processed signals.

  • Patent number: 6282296
Abstract: An audio reproducing apparatus is utilized in noisy environment in which noise level greatly varies. The apparatus includes first and second microphones placed respectively inside and outside a speaker box. Outputs of respective microphones are filtered, and then added with each other so that signals proportional to outside noise can be extracted. A gain of variable gain circuit can be changed with these extracted signals, whereby sound can be reproduced in noisy environments.
