  • Patent number: 5396148
Abstract: Ultrafine particles of a composite particulate substance composed of two or more types of inorganic oxides, forming a particle structure in which two or more types of inorganic oxides are mutually mixed or an inorganic oxide of one type is contained in an inorganic oxide of another type, and having an average particle diameter of not more than 0.1 .mu.m, a process for the production of the ultrafine particles, use of the ultrafine particles as a thin film, particularly in an image display face plate and a cathode ray tube, and a process for using the ultrafine particles therefor.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 16, 1992
Date of Patent: March 7, 1995
    Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.

  • Patent number: 4547762
Abstract: A digital to analog converting apparatus is disclosed, which converts an analog output voltage into a digital value and compares the digital value with a digital input value, and corrects the analog output voltage according to the result of the comparison. The apparatus includes a current source for supplying current according to the result of the comparison and a capacitor which is charged and discharged by the current from the current source. The output voltage of the capacitor is provided as the analog output voltage.

  • Patent number: 4207069
Abstract: A method of printing cellulose fiber and polyester/cellulose mixed fiber which comprises pretreating a cellulose fiber or polyester/cellulose mixed fiber with a solution containing a swelling agent for cellulose fiber, and then printing the fiber with an oil-soluble dye or disperse dye. The printed fiber resulting from this method is excellent in internal dyeability, color density, and the color fastness.

  • Patent number: 4130866
Abstract: A data processor comprising a first partial processing unit and second partial processing unit. The first partial processing unit can be made in LSI form since practically all the functions which the data processor must perform are concentrated in this part. The portions which are driven by high-frequency signals and consequently are not suitable for being made in LSI form are concentrated in the second partial processing unit. The second partial processing unit supplies a clock pulse to the first partial processing unit in either a synchronization mode or a non-synchronization mode for read-out of data.

  • Patent number: 4093984
Abstract: A data processing system comprises a serially addressed register file, an operation circuit and an instruction-stored Read Only Memory (ROM). Each machine cycle of the system is divided into two partial cycles, and during one of the partial cycles the operation processing is carried out in accordance with the content of a functional register positioned in the register file, and during the other of the partial cycles the operation processing is executed in accordance with the instructions read out from the ROM. The content of the functional register is changed in the same manner as in the other registers in the register file.
