  • Patent number: 5200494
Abstract: A one-pack type epoxide composition which has excellent storage stability and which can be rapidly cured at relatively low temperature is provided. It comprises as effective components (A) at least one epoxide having more than one, preferably more than 1.5 epoxy groups per a molecule, and (B) a curing agent prepared by heating and reacting (a) at least one N,N-dialkylaminoalkylamine, (b) at least one amine having one or two nitrogen atoms with active hydrogen and having a ring structure in its molecule, (c) at least one diisocyanate, or (C) a curing agent prepared by heating and reacting (a) at least one N,N-dialkylaminoalkylamine, (b) at least one amine having one or two nitrogen atoms with active hydrogen and having a ring structure in its molecule, (d) at least one epoxide having one or more epoxy groups in a molecule, and (c) at least on diisocyanate.

  • Patent number: 5170875
Abstract: A conveyer machine which has a forward conveyer part and a backward conveyer part continuous therewith, and which is simple in construction, small in size, and light in weight, and which can be applied to various fields. A reciprocal escalator serving as the conveyer machine comprises a plurality of steps which are closely disposed on looped guide rails disposed along a travel motion path including a forward section and a backward section which are continuous with each other through turning sections. Adjacent steps are coupled to each other by a parallel link mechanism having coupling nodes each of which has opposite ends thereof lockably coupled to pin node points provided at columns of these steps and each of which is bendable around a pin disposed at the middle of the coupling node, so that these steps are enabled to smoothly travel around the travel motion part which includes ascent and descent sections and curved sections.

  • Patent number: 5078554
Abstract: A drill, which is excellent in sharpness and strength, capable of preventing burrs at an exit of a machined bore and of suppressing an excessive enlargement of the machined bore size, and is low in manufacturing costs, and easy te re-grind.A rake face (30) is provided to improve sharpness of a single chisel edge (3) formed between the tip of the drill and a first main cutting edge (1), and a non-chisel-edge-forming portion (B.sub.1 OB.sub.2) is provided between the drill tip end and a second main cutting edge (2) to improve strength of the drill.

  • Patent number: 4688972
Abstract: In a twist drill in which the outer portion in each of the chisel edge lines at the drill point is made permanently efficient in cutting by a wall surface of an additional inner groove united to the original flute, an improvement resides in that the inner portion thereof adjacent to the center also functions as an efficient cutting edge in creating a built-up edge deposited over a specified resting face of a narrow triangular shape close to the center, in which the resting face is bordered by the inner portion and an intersecting curve passing through an intermediate point in the chisel edge line, whereby a permanent cutting effect is achievable all over the length of each of the chisel edge lines in regrinding the drill point.

  • Patent number: 4586858
Abstract: A rotary cutting tool having at an axial end surface thereof two cutting edge lines arranged substantially in a diametral plane extending through a center of rotation of the tool, one cutting edge line having an inner cutting edge section adjacent to the center and the other having an inner noncutting edge section adjacent to the center. Each of the cutting edge lines has at least one intermediate noncutting edge section. The at least one intermediate noncutting edge section of the cutting edge line having the inner cutting edge section is located within a radial range far from the center larger than a radius from the center of the inner noncutting edge section of the other cutting edge line. The total length of the at least one intermediate noncutting edge section of the cutting edge line having the inner cutting edge section is greater than a length of the inner noncutting edge section of the other cutting edge line.

  • Patent number: 4541756
Abstract: A cutting tool revolvable about a center axis, comprising a rake surface defined by a plane inclined with respect to the center axis, a cutting edge having a profile which is defined by an intersecting line between a rotational surface drawn by the revolution of the cutting edge and the inclined plane, and a cylindroid clearance surface having generatrices extending in the same direction along a directrix defined by the cutting edge profile.
