  • Patent number: 9490673
Abstract: A rotor includes S-pole and N-pole magnets which are arc-shaped in cross-section. Each pole has three magnets. Each magnet is embedded in the rotor in such a way that a convex side portion thereof faces center Or of the rotor. Distance Rs between center Os of circular arcs of S-pole magnets and center Or of the rotor is different from distance Rn between center On of circular arcs of N-pole magnets and center Or of the rotor (Rs?Rn). The ratio of the two distances is 0.92 (Rs/Rn=0.92). An outer peripheral section of an innermost-layer S-pole magnet is disposed in such a way as to protrude into an adjacent pole zone N1 or N2 from a pole zone S1 or S2.

  • Publication number: 20160116879
Abstract: An image forming apparatus is provided to correct color misregistration and includes an image correcting unit. A toner density adjustment patch image forming section forms toner density adjustment patch images, and a toner density adjustment patch image misalignment measuring section measures amounts of misalignment of the images. Then, a color-misregistration correction patch image forming section forms color-misregistration correction patch images on a transfer member. A color-misregistration correcting section measures amounts of misalignment of the color-misregistration correction patch images to correct the color misregistration. The control unit controls the color-misregistration correction patch image forming section to change color-misregistration correction patch images to be formed in accordance with the amounts of misalignment of the toner density adjustment patch images measured by the toner density adjustment patch image misalignment measuring section.

  • Publication number: 20160059924
Abstract: A handlebar-mounted switch control device includes switch activation buttons which respectively correspond to specific switches, and which are arranged on surfaces of a switch case adjacent to a grip in an end portion of a handlebar. Two switch activation buttons are disposed on a front outer surface of the switch case. The two switch activation buttons are configured and placed in such a way so that a rider can easily recognize which of the two switch activation buttons the rider touches. The second switch activation button is placed above the first switch activation button, and inward of the first switch activation button in a vehicle width direction. A guide surface inclining to extend inward in the vehicle width direction toward an upper side is formed on a side surface of the switch case which is above the first switch activation button, and which faces the grip.
