  • Publication number: 20140178620
Abstract: Provided is the following film for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in which a non-pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on a base material film. In the case where dicing or the like is performed by performing adsorption fixation to a fixing base with a negative pressure, the occurrence of excessive close adhesion due to, for example, the heat generation of the base can be effectively suppressed. In addition, the non-pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on the base material film, and hence blocking in a roll shape is effectively suppressed, the film for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape does not tear or break upon its unwinding from the roll shape, conformity between the non-pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the base material film is good, and followability to a deformation such as stretching is good. Also provided is a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape including such film for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.

  • Patent number: 8734838
Abstract: A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which comprises three ingredients, i.e., polyisoprene, a styrene/isoprene/styrene copolymer, and solid polyisobutylene, in a proportion of (10-60)/(10-50)/(20-60) by weight and further contains a non-solid isobutylene polymer and a tackifier, characterized in that the amount of the non-solid isobutylene polymer is 1 to 30 pts. wt., excluding 30 pts. wt., per 100 pts. wt. of the sum of the three ingredients, i.e., the polyisoprene, styrene/isoprene/styrene copolymer, and solid polyisobutylene. When used in an adhesive patch for external use on the skin, the composition has satisfactory tackiness regardless of whether the temperature of the surrounding air is high or low, has excellent long-term storage stability, retains the necessary cohesive force, and does not unnecessarily irritate the skin.

  • Publication number: 20090004256
Abstract: An adhesive patch for external use which is significantly inhibited from causing a rash, is less irritative to the skin, and sufficiently retains adhesion to the skin. The adhesive patch is characterized by employing a pressure-sensitive adhesive base into which a sucrose fatty acid ester has been incorporated. It does not exert physical influences on the skin, such as stresses imposed on the skin during wear and upon peeling, while sufficiently retaining adhesion to the skin. It is significantly inhibited from causing a rash, and the skin irritation thereof has been minimized. This adhesive patch for external use has ideal, lowly irritative properties which have been impossible to any conventional adhesive patch for external use.
