  • Publication number: 20110215033
Abstract: A screening media for use in vibrating screen devices that fractionize crushed stones or gravel. The screening media is made by extruding a fiber-reinforced rubber or polymeric material to form a strip in a length longer than that needed to make individual screening mats for use in the vibrating screen devices. Screening apertures are then punched in the strip, and the apertured strip is cut into individual mats. The extruded strip includes side portions configured to connect to support structures of the vibrating device. Prior to the cutting step, the apertured strip can be maintained in the form of a coil or a long-length element.

  • Publication number: 20110012334
Abstract: A vehicle frame for a vehicle (100) having at least two driven rear wheels or a wide rear drive roller or similar (snowmobile), the frame comprises a main frame portion (300) and an upper frame portion (200) as a load carrying unit. The upper frame portion is dismountable from the main frame portion (300) for providing access to the interior of the latter. A method for manufacturing this kind of vehicle comprises the steps of: 1. manufacturing a main frame portion (300) of a vehicle frame; 2. installing an engine and a corresponding gearbox in the main frame portion (300) of the vehicle frame; 3. mounting an upper frame portion (200) to the main frame portion.

  • Patent number: 7637378
Abstract: A screening deck for the screening of crushed stone material includes a plurality of screening elements arranged adjacent one another. At least one side of each screening element is non-parallel with respect to a longitudinal direction of the screening deck. The screening deck includes at least two different types of screening elements which are arranged at different heights in the screening deck for creating narrowing passages and/or winding paths and/or steps for the material traveling on the screening deck.

  • Publication number: 20090285049
Abstract: An adapter system for fixing different screening media to a vibrating screen. By way of the adapter system, different side hold downs used for different screening media may be fixed to a wall of the vibrating screen without any modifications of the wall. The adapter system includes an insert to be placed in an opening of the wall. An adapter is attached to the insert at a desired height in relation to the insert. The insert has a number of parallel grooves co-operating with parallel ribs on the adapter in order to attach the adapter to the insert.
