Publication number: 20240154612Abstract: The application relates to voltage supply in switched-mode driver integrated circuit (IC). The IC has an output bridge with first and second circuit branches, where each of the circuit branches has an output node (102a, 102b) connected between first and second transistor switches (103a, 104a; 103b, 104b) for selectively connecting the output node to respective first and second voltages (VH, VL). There are discrete first and second IC die contacts (208a, 208b) for receiving the first voltage, and the first and second circuit branches are connected to the first and second IC die contacts respectively. Ancillary circuitry (105) is configured to receive a supply voltage from a voltage supply node voltage which is connected to the first and second IC die contacts via respective first and second respectively matched resistances.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 10, 2023Publication date: May 9, 2024Applicant: Cirrus Logic International Semiconductor Ltd.Inventors: Kapil SHARMA, Andrew J. Publication number: 20240146125Abstract: An electric machine with a low profile retention assembly for retention of a stator core is disclosed. A first housing houses the stator core. The first housing has an axial end face with a circumferentially extending, shaped profile having recessed portions that project axially inward alternating with non-recessed portions. A portion of the stator core extends axially out from the recessed portions. A core retention spring is disposed circumferentially at the axial end face of the first housing. The core retention spring has direct contact with the portion of the stator core that extends axially out from the recessed portions of the first housing and the shaped profile of the housing. The core retention spring pushes against the portion of the stator core that extends that extends axially out from the first housing, imparting one or more of an axial load and radial load into the stator core.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 28, 2022Publication date: May 2, 2024Applicant: GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANYInventors: MATTHEW ROBERT MARTIN, PHILIP MICHAEL CIOFFI, JOHN RUSSELL YAGIELSKI, WEI ZHANG

Publication number: 20240134858Abstract: A database system is operable to determine a query for execution. A disjunction of a plurality of conjunctive normal form (CNF) filtering predicates is determined based on filtering predicates of the query. An IO pipeline is generated based on the disjunction of the plurality of CNF filtering predicates that includes, based on applying at least one type of optimization, at least one shared IO element common to multiple ones of plurality of the CNF filtering predicates. The IO pipeline is executed in accordance with execution of the query to generate a filtered subset of a plurality of rows that each meet at least one of the plurality of CNF filtering predicates.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 11, 2023Publication date: April 25, 2024Applicant: Ocient Holdings LLCInventors: Sarah Kate Schieferstein, Jason Arnold, Austen Thomas Darre, Darius Russell Kish, Matthew Ashbeck, Greg R. Publication number: 20240115824Abstract: Systems and methods can determine respiratory rates of a patient using a respiratory device by performing one or more frequency analyses of a signal from the gases flow. The signal from the gases flow can be one that varies with the patient's breathing. The system can include a non-sealed patient interface, such as a nasal cannula in a nasal high flow therapy, or any other patient interfaces. The respiratory system can also detect whether the patient has taken off the patient interface and/or whether the patient connected to the patient interface is talking or eating. Data of the patient's use of the respiratory system and the patient's respiratory rates can provide therapy compliance and long-term trend of use information and/or progress in the patient's respiratory functions and/or other physiological functions.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 30, 2023Publication date: April 11, 2024Inventors: Rhys Matthew James Williams, Charles Grady Cantrell, David Martin Russell, Brett James Ryan, Bryn Alan Edwards, Anton Kim Gulley
