    Abstract: A ceramic water control valve with cold, hot and warm water positioning function includes a valve casing with an annular frame of reduced diameter, a rotary driving seat with a projecting tube part, a valve stem, a ceramic valve plate set, and a base. A rotatable ring is installed outside the annular frame of reduced diameter. At the top edge of the rotatable ring, a trepan boring is installed to allow the projecting tube part to protrude upward. A simultaneous movement cooperating unit includes the driving part installed inside projecting tube part and the driven part installed in the rotatable ring top edge. The driving part and driven part can cooperate the drive the rotatable ring simultaneously in the rotation of the rotary driving seat. A scale division positioning unit is installed at the position corresponding to the rotatable ring and the annular frame of reduced diameter.

    Abstract: An improved ceramic valve core with snapping functions for the cold/hot separation point having a valve casing, rotary driving pedestal, brake valve stem, rotating axle, base and ceramic valve set. A protruding portion is formed onto one end of the rotating axle and protruded outside of the flanged tube of the rotary driving pedestal. An elastomeric snapping clip is assembled between the reducing circular frame of the valve casing and the flanged tube. A snapping flange is formed from the snapping clip, such that elastic clamping effect is generated when the protruding portion is mated with the snapping flange under the action of the rotary driving pedestal. An elastic locator is set correspondingly to the snapping clip such that the snapping clip can be assembled in a limited state. Minimized components are required to form the ceramic valve core, thus lowering the cost, improving the control and extending service life.

    Abstract: A segmented positioning structure of a ceramic shunt valve having a shell, a plurality of segmented coupling portions, a water segregator, a segmented positioning plate, a plurality of segmented positioning portions and an elastic supporting member. The elastic supporting member is installed between the rotational positioning seat of the water segregator and the segmented positioning plate, so that the segmented positioning plate is elastically braced in an elastic floating state, and a spacing edge is located beside the locating rod for limitation of the segmented positioning plate. When the braking shaft lever is rotated, the segmented positioning plate will be in a floating state under the elastic bracing of elastic supporting member, in tune with the interlocking and disengagement state of the segmented positioning portion and segmented coupling portion. This could realize excellent elastic locking effect and reduce the abrasion between the segmented positioning portion and segmented coupling portion.

    Abstract: A water control ceramic valve with a lower ceramic chip having limitation functions includes a shell, pedestal, lower ceramic chip, upper ceramic chip, control panel, bearing and brake rod. The lower ceramic chip is assembled directionally over the pedestal, and sealed by the water-stop ring. The top end of the lower ceramic chip is provided with a flat surface. Two water channels and a discharge guide hole are set on the lower ceramic chip correspondingly to two water inlets and a water outlet of the pedestal. A lower ceramic chip spacing ring is positioned securely between the bottom opening of the shell and the pedestal. The spacing ring has a ring wall and limiting flanges protruded from the inner side of the ring wall. The ring wall can be interfaced with the bottom opening of the shell and top surface of the pedestal.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a spool seat with a positioning structure, which resolves the shortcomings of the assembly of a typical spool ceramic disc and spool seat. The spool seat of the present invention is provided with a chamber space for locating the fixed ceramic disc. The chamber space is provided with an internal locating portion which comprises an internal locating flange and external locating flange. An external locating portion is protruded from the chamber space. The chamber space is divided into inlet space and outlet space via the arrangement of internal locating portion. It is possible to eliminate the space restrictions for the fixed ceramic disc, and also prevent the rotation and slide or displacement when the fixed ceramic disc is assembled into the chamber space of the spool seat.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a lateral draft tube for a water control valve core, which is defined by a through-type groove and upper and lower openings. The through-type groove is sleeved around the shell of the water control valve core. The upper and lower portions have different diameters on the external wall of the draft tube. A ring flange is formed on the upper portion, and a guide ring surface is formed on the lower portion. The ring flange is provided with a sealing ring, and a drainage portion is arranged at the lower end of the draft tube to connect the through-type groove and guide ring surface. The draft tube can be located higher than the water control valve core, such that upward flow of the guide ring surface is not limited by the water control valve core. Thus, the upward flow of the water control valve core improves.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a spool of a faucet with a two-sided effluent structure to improve the shortcomings of a faucet spool with the known cold/hot water switching structure. The spool includes a spool assembly mounted into the valve shell. A valve base is placed at bottom of the valve shell and is provided with a cold water inlet, hot water inlet and two water outlets. The cold and hot water inlets are arranged centrally onto the bottom of the valve base, while two water outlets are assembled separately but symmetrically at both ends of cold and hot water inlets. When the spool is arranged separately onto the wall, the configuration of cold and hot water inlet pipes are greatly simplified to reduce the configuration cost of pipelines with improved applicability.

    Abstract: The water separator of the present invention has water inlets arranged onto a side wall, and a through-hole placed centrally at top of the body for insertion of brake valve rod. The coupling swing base is installed at bottom of the brake valve rod. The bottom of the coupling swing base is mated with the rotational valve plate, and the rotational valve plate is fitted with a through-groove that can align with any water outlet on the stationary valve plate and foundation. Flexible snappers are arranged at intervals around the coupling swing base, such that snapping portions are placed at intervals onto the wall of upper space in the body. When the coupling swing base is rotated to a preset angle under the drive of brake valve rod, the positioning effect could be achieved through the mating of flexible snapper and snapping portion.
