  • Patent number: 7392972
Abstract: The ceramic valve structure has a slow-descending device between the valve stick and the valve shaft base. The slow-descending device mentioned herein includes a piston, a piston slot and sealer, and the piston slot is placed on one side of the valve shaft base. A venthole is placed at the bottom of the piston slot, and the bottom of the piston is placed inside the piston slot. The joint of the top of the piston slot is connected to the swing end. The sealer is placed on top of the venthole of the piston. When the valve stick of the ceramic valve is being turned off, it creates a resistance by the slow-descending device, which slows the process of water being tuned off, in turn, slowing down the change in water pressure, reducing damage to the water channel and ceramic valve, and extending a shelf life of the ceramic valve structure.

  • Patent number: 7357154
Abstract: A ceramic valve core has a multi-stage positioning structure. The multi-stage positioning structure includes a first snapper, which can move along with the swaying motion of the brake valve handle of the ceramic valve core, and a second snapper, which is an integrated component positioned correspondingly to the displacement track of the said first snapper. At the corresponding ends of the first snapper and the second snapper, there is a snap ring mated with at least two pin joint ends. The positioning structure also includes a flexible member, which allows the first snapper or second snapper to operate flexibly. The multi-stage positioning structure of the present invention is sturdy because the first snapper is of a combined type and is flexible thanks to the flexible member.

  • Publication number: 20080001112
Abstract: The faucet valve structure of two way automatic repositioning function includes a base ring, resilient spring, activating ring, and linking component. The base ring has a protruding block placed thereon. The resilient spring is placed on the base ring, which includes a first and second effector. The activating ring is placed on the resilient spring, which includes a first support that corresponds to the protruding block and a second support that corresponds to the second effector. The linking component is placed on the top end of the rotary base, and it has a crosswise protruding extension. When the user is using the faucet, whether it is on hot water mode or cold water mode, the brake valve shaft can be repositioned to the middle position, so that when the user is turning on the water regardless of warm or cold, it ensures safety from a burn injury.

  • Patent number: 7063105
Abstract: The improved structure for the water inlet and outlet of faucet valve base has a partially setting horizontal partition membrane in the cold and warm water inlets and the outlet, and reduces their size. Since there is some distance between the partition membrane and the top and the bottom of the inlets as well as outlet, the water can change its running direction. This can make the outlet direction of the outlet closer to the outlet channel of the valve groove of the faucet. Therefore, the length of the outlet channel can be effectively reduced and another water extension channel between the outlet of the valve base and the outlet of the faucet is not required. This can make it easier to be manufactured, reduces the cost, and decreases environmental pollution.
