The polymeric layer can include a hydrophilic outer surface. The drug delivery coating can also include an active agent layer disposed over the polymeric layer. The active agent layer can include a microcrystalline active agent and a cationic agent. Other embodiments are also included herein.

Abstract: This invention relates to pyrrolopyrimidine comprising compounds that may be useful as inhibitors of Mitogen-activated Protein Kinase Kinase Kinase Kinase-4 (MAP4K4). The invention also relates to the use of these pyrrolopyrimidine comprising compounds, for example in a method of treatment. There are also provided processes for producing compounds of the present invention and method of their use. In particular, the present invention relates to compounds of formula (I).

Abstract: Provided herein are methods of treating a neoplastic disease in a subject. In exemplary embodiments, the method comprises administering to the subject an aqueous solution comprising an anti-EGFRvIII agent using an administration system, wherein one or more of the components of the administration system, or parts thereof, which contact the aqueous solution substantially lack a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or air. In exemplary aspects, the administration system is an infusion system comprising an infusion line, wherein at least part of the infusion line substantially lacks PVC. In exemplary aspects, the administration system comprises a container for containing the aqueous solution wherein less than about 5% of the volume of the container is air, when the container comprises the aqueous solution. Abstract: Users invite friends and family to participate in an automated memory reminder and personal social network system. The personal social network comprises a smart mobile communications client device and administration panel trending algorithms called Not So Forgetful (NSF). NSF distinguishes by assisting in light and heavy reminders. NSF helps users to remember important dates and get recommendations such as events, gifts and/or social engagements with a reminder system personal to the users and runs on a processor of the smart client device. A cloud-based administration panel server, databases and search engines assist in heavy reminders with an individual diagnosed with a memory deficiency with recorded memories. For light reminders, there is a list for things to do varying from week to week. Algorithms utilize NSF network internal and external data to develop top trending gift, social engagement lists and a depository supporting trending/memory assistance algorithms.

Abstract: A method of assembling a deck board by using a step clip fastening device is disclosed. The method comprising the steps of fastening the step clip fastening device onto a joist by using a plurality of fastening tools; sliding a first end of the deck board into an inner cavity of a step clip attached at a first end of the step clip fastening device; and snapping a second end of the deck board into an inner cavity of a corresponding step clip facing the step clip attached at the first end of the step clip fastening device to form a mating relationship between the deck board and the step clip fastening device.

The assembly further includes a magnet housing that at least partially encloses the shaped base and includes an aperture to cooperatively engage with the shaped base. The assembly further includes a bottom cover coupled to the lower end of the pool latch tube and enclosing the magnet housing, the bottom cover including an aperture facing a latch pin housing, the aperture positioned to expose a magnet. Abstract: An electrical power system includes a first plurality of fuel cells connected to a positive voltage bus, a second plurality of fuel cells connected to a negative voltage bus, and a switching system configured to independently connect and disconnect a fuel cell in the first plurality of fuel cells with another fuel cell in the second plurality of fuel cells. Due to the series-parallel configuration aligned with the bus voltage, electrical power system may not require a DC-DC voltage convertor and thus allows elimination of a DC-DC voltage convertor from the electrical power system.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a device for electrochemically processing a material, which contains a hard phase and a binder phase. The method comprises preparing an aqueous, alkaline, complexing-agent-containing electrolyte and bringing the material to be processed into contact at least in part with the electrolyte and with a current source. In order to electrochemically oxidize the material, a pulsed electrical current is delivered to the material by means of the current source, the pulse sequence of the delivered electrical current being adjusted to the amount of the binder phase in the material to be processed. By means of the method and by means of the device, it is also possible to process materials having a high content of binder phase in such a way that matter can be removed from the material evenly (homogeneously), i.e. both from the hard phase and from the binder phase of the material.
