Abstract: A grilling insert is adapted for use in a barbecue grill having a recessed cooking chamber. The grilling insert comprises a double-wall thermal barrier and a radiant heat chamber. The double-wall thermal barrier is adapted for extending across the recessed cooking chamber of the barbecue grill, and for dividing the cooking chamber into direct-heating and indirect-heating cooking sections. The radiant heat chamber is formed adjacent the double-wall thermal barrier, and is designed for holding loose combustible material within the direct-heating cooking section of the barbecue grill. The cooking temperature in the direct-heating cooking section is relatively high, and is reduced in the indirect-heating cooking section by the double-wall thermal barrier.

Abstract: Methods and systems for data governance in a dispersed storage network using bucket templates are disclosed. A method includes: creating, by a computing device, a bucket template in a dispersed storage network (DSN) based on a first request, the bucket template including at least a first bucket parameter and at least one allowed value for the first bucket parameter; receiving, by the computing device, a second request to create a bucket in the DSN, the second request including at least a first value for the first bucket parameter; and creating, by the computing device, the bucket based on the first value for the first bucket parameter in the second request and the at least one allowed value for the first bucket parameter in the bucket template.

In one example a computing device receives a first spatial mapping of a first environment and a second spatial mapping of a second environment. The computing device determines that a first volumetric space in the first environment and a second volumetric space in the second environment each satisfy at least one collaboration criterion. Based on this determination, an indication of the first volumetric space is displayed by a first display device in the first environment, and an indication of the second volumetric space is displayed by a second display device in the second environment.

Abstract: Examples are disclosed that relate to computing devices, head-mounted display devices and methods for remote collaborations. In one example a computing device receives a first spatial mapping of a first environment and a second spatial mapping of a second environment. Abstract: A financial institution computing system includes an account database structured to store a plurality of transaction parameters with respect to a financial account of a customer, a receptiveness metrics circuit, and an interaction generation circuit. The receptiveness metrics circuit is structured to extract the plurality of transaction parameters from the account database. The receptiveness metrics circuit is further structured to determine one or more receptiveness metrics attributed to the customer based on the extracted transaction parameters, the one or more receptiveness metrics indicating likelihoods of the customer converting an interaction from the financial institution. The interaction generation circuit is structured to transmit the interaction to the customer at an optimal time based on the one or more receptiveness metrics.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for loading data from a database into a task database, via a stage database. One exemplary method includes accessing a backup database where the backup database includes multiple flat files and where each of the multiple flat files includes data and having a filename. The method also includes appending, by a computing device, the filename of one of the multiple flat files to an index stored in the computing device and changing a global variable associated with a data loader for the one of the multiple flat files to the filename. The method then further includes loading the data from the one of the multiple flat files into a stage database in memory of the computing device and transferring the loaded data in the stage database to a task database, thereby making the data available to queries associated with tasks relying on the loaded data.
