    Abstract: An apparatus for forming a package structure is provided. The apparatus includes a processing chamber for bonding a first package component and a second package component. The apparatus also includes a bonding head disposed in the processing chamber. The bonding head includes a plurality of vacuum tubes communicating with a plurality of vacuum devices. The apparatus further includes a nozzle connected to the bonding head and configured to hold the second package component. The nozzle includes a plurality of first holes that overlap the vacuum tubes. The nozzle also includes a plurality of second holes offset from the first holes, wherein the second holes overlap at least two edges of the second package component. In addition, the apparatus includes a chuck table disposed in the processing chamber, and the chuck table is configured to hold and heat the first package component.

A first device and a second device may establish an OAM communications connection between the devices. Based on OAM related parameters or OAM related information included in the messages, the first device and the second device may achieve a successful directional alignment (co-axial alignment) between the first device and the second device. The first device and the second device may determine one or more orbital angular momentum modes for communication between the first device and the second device based on the establishing the directional alignment.

    Abstract: Provided are a cell strain for producing a biosimilar drug of Ustekinumab and a production method therefor. Specifically, provided is a Chinese hamster ovary cell S cell strain. The cell strain expresses a full human monoclonal antibody directed against the P40 subunit shared by human IL-12 and human IL-23. The fully human monoclonal antibody directed against the P40 subunit shared by human IL-12 and human IL-23 is a biosimilar drug of Ustekinumab, which not only exhibits high consistency with Ustekinumab in pre-clinical research, but also passes pharmacokinetic bioequivalence and safety similarity evaluation in clinical research. The biosimilar drug of Ustekinumab is the first one that has entered clinical trials in China, is the only one that has completed the I stage clinical trial, and is also one of the biosimilar drugs of Ustekinumab, which has the fastest progress in new drug application in the world.

The second device may transmit channel gain measurements to the first device based on measuring the reference signals. The first device may transmit OAM transmissions to the second device based on the determined OAM modes, the power loading scheme, or both.     Abstract: Methods for forming a dual-phase magnetic component from an initial component comprising a non-magnetic austenite composition are provided. The method may include: forming a coating on a portion of the surface of the initial component to form a masked area while leaving an unmasked area thereon. Thereafter the initial component may be heated to a treatment temperature such that nitrogen diffuses out of the unmasked area of the initial component to transform the non-magnetic austenite composition to a magnetic phase in the unmasked area. Thereafter, the initial component may be cooled from the treatment temperature to form a dual-phase magnetic component having a magnetic region corresponding to the unmasked area and a non-magnetic region corresponding to the masked area.
