    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method, an electronic device, and a computer program product for request controlling. The method includes determining, in response to receiving a request for computing resources, a first control window including a plurality of control time slots, the request being received in a receive time slot of the plurality of control time slots. The method further includes determining a quantity of available computing resources within the first control window according to a position of the receive time slot in the plurality of control time slots. The method further includes processing the request within the first control window if the quantity of available computing resources does not exceed a threshold. The method can improve the capability of controlling requests for computing resources, and reduce congestion caused by a large number of requests exceeding the load of computing resources.

    Abstract: A time period is received from a user over which memory settings of a microservice are to be dynamically managed. Memory settings for the microservice are stored in a configuration file. During the time period, memory utilization of a set of memory regions provided by a process virtual machine for execution of the microservice is monitored. The memory utilization of each memory region is analyzed to identify memory regions that have been over-utilized and memory regions that have been under-utilized. For each memory region identified as being over-utilized or under-utilized, a memory setting in the configuration file and corresponding to an identified memory region is changed. After the change and once the microservice has entered an idle state, a command is generated to restart the microservice so that the changed memory settings can take effect.

After building meshes from a dense point cloud or 3D depth map, orthographic images are generated. Then, the numbers of crop pest insect, crop leaf infestation area, and the ratio between leaf and its farmland area are calculated using deep learning techniques. After that, the growth curve of the pest population is established via modeling techniques and a pest and disease prediction model is established to determine the optimized timing for pesticide spraying.

    Abstract: A vapor chamber with structure for enhancing two-phase flow boiling includes a main body formed of a first and a second plate member, which are correspondingly closed to each other to define an airtight chamber between them. The airtight chamber has a condensing side and an evaporating side and has a working fluid filled therein. The evaporating side is formed on its surface with a plurality of projected sections and a plurality of recessed sections and has a wick structure provided thereon. The projected sections extend through and project beyond the wick structure, and the recessed sections are located below the wick structure without being filled by the wick structure to thereby form spaces for receiving the working fluid. The provision of the projected and the recessed sections enables the vapor chamber to provide largely enhanced two-phase flow boiling effect in the airtight chamber.
