    Abstract: A method for preparing an anti-bacterial and anti-ultraviolet multifunctional chemical fiber includes: dissolving several soluble metal salts and a polymer complexing dispersant into water to prepare an aqueous solution; adding into a polymer monomer; reacting under microwave or hydrothermal action to obtain a polymer monomer containing multifunctional nano oxides; adding the polymer monomer with other monomer, catalyst, initiator, stabilizer, and the like into a polymerization reactor; and carrying out esterification, polycondensation or copolymerization to obtain a polymer melt, and carrying out spinning or ribbon casting and granule cutting to obtain an anti-bacterial and anti-ultraviolet multifunctional chemical fiber or masterbatch chips.

The specific markers are serum-derived miR-122-5p, miR-144-3p and miR-451a. According to the present application, the differential miRNAs are used as the core components of the detection kit, and are combined with corresponding internal references to form the detection kit; and through practical detection application in clinical samples, the reaction conditions and reagent ratios of the kit are optimized, the detection parameters are adjusted, and the standardized process of clinical detection and analysis is preliminarily established, and the kit is used for early diagnosis and metastasis risk assessment of liver cancer.

    Abstract: A method for extracting significant texture features of a B-ultrasonic image and application thereof discloses a channel attention mechanism network, i.e. a context activation residual network, which is designed to effectively model the B-ultrasonic liver fibrosis texture information, and which uses the global context information to strengthen important texture features and suppress useless texture features, such that the deep residual network can capture more significant texture information in the B-ultrasonic images. The process can be mainly divided into two phases: training and testing. During the training phase, the context activation residual network may he trained by using the B-ultrasonic image blocks as input and the pathological results of liver biopsy as labels. During the testing phase, the B-ultrasonic image blocks may be input into the trained non-invasive liver fibrosis diagnosis model to obtain the liver fibrosis staging result for each ultrasonic image.

The vaccine utilizes a cold adapted influenza virus that lacks virulence factor, and includes mutations that provide replicative ability sufficient for vaccine manufacture. Vaccines so produced provide significant cross protection for non-vaccinating strains. The vaccine is safe for children under the age of 2 and adults over 49 years of age. In addition, the cold adapted, virulence factor deleted influenza virus can be adapted to provide immunity to non-influenza pathogens.
