  • Publication number: 20140218003
Abstract: An output setting device of a constant current circuit includes a reference current generation circuit and first to fourth current mirror circuit groups. The reference current generation circuit feeds a reference current. Each current mirror circuit group includes at least one current mirror circuit that feeds a current proportional to the reference current. One current mirror circuit group or two or more current mirror circuit groups connected in parallel to each other among the plurality of current mirror circuit groups are connected to a load to set a current to be supplied to the load.

  • Patent number: 8749751
Abstract: To provide a method for producing liquid crystal display panels from a panel assembly, the display panels having a panel thickness smaller than that of the assembly, by which favorable scribe grooves can be formed, which therefore allows contribution to thin profiles and narrow frame regions of the display panels. The method includes a first scribe-formation step of forming, after a first step of thinning a TFT substrate assembly 20A and a CF substrate assembly 30A of a panel assembly 10A by etching, first scribe grooves 20b on an outer surface 20a of the TFT substrate assembly 20A along regions where seals 40 are disposed, and a second thinning step of further thinning the substrate assemblies 20A and 30A by etching, and developing the first scribe grooves 20b formed on the outer surface 20a to expose portions of the seals 40 at bottoms of the first scribe grooves 20b.

  • Publication number: 20080186645
Abstract: A relay control apparatus includes a relay contact, a relay coil which turns on the relay contact when the relay coil is electrically conducted, and a current control unit which controls a first current and a second current. The first current is larger in a current amount per unit time than the second current. The current control unit controls to flow the first current through the relay coil until a predetermined time has elapsed from a beginning of an electrical conduction of the relay coil. The current control unit controls to start to flow the second current through the relay coil on or before the predetermined time has elapsed to maintain a turn-on state of the relay contact. The predetermined time is longer than a chattering time in which a chattering in the relay contact occurs at the beginning of the electrical conduction.
