Abstract: Disclosed is a charging method and system based on a SDN EPC network, which includes: receiving, by a controller, a charging rule from a charging rule generator, and establishing, through binding, a correspondence between a flow table of the controller and the charging rule; setting, by the controller, entries for the flow table bound to the charging rule, and sending the set flow table to a UGW; and receiving, by the controller, a statistical result, reported from the UGW, regarding traffic and/or duration consumed by a service in the flow table, and charging for the service according to the statistical result and the charging rule bound to the flow table.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for network charging, which includes: a data centre management network element, upon reception of a charging resource request message from a controller, supports a charging function of a processing network element by a virtual machine and feeding back information of the processing network element to the controller; the data centre management network element sending charging strategy information, user state information and information of UGW to the processing network element, which implements transmission of a traffic flow with the UGW according to the information of UGW, charges for the traffic flow according to the charging strategy information and the user state information, and feeds back charging processing information to the data centre management network element; and the data centre management network element feeding back the charging processing information to the controller. The disclosure further provides a data centre, controller, UGW and system for network charging.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for indicating data offload, and a traffic offload network element, the method comprises: when a radio bearer is established or modified, a mobility management unit of a core network notifies a traffic offload network element of the bearer type of the bearer to determine whether to start the data offload. Through the present invention, the judgment operation of the core network is simplified. In addition, under the situation that the core network side determines whether to start local access function, the traffic offload network element also can correctly start an offload policy.

Abstract: A method and system for terminal switching in a wireless communication system are disclosed. A terminal accesses a packet data network through a packet data network gateway, when the terminal switches between gateways, the target gateway to which the terminal switches allocates a new Routing Identifier (RID) to the terminal, and stores a mapping relationship between the Access Identifier (AID) and the new RID of the terminal. The target gateway or the target mobility management entity (MME) of the terminal initiates a registration update request including the new RID of the terminal to the home Identity Location Register (ILR) of the terminal. After receiving the request, the home ILR of the terminal updates the stored AID-RID mapping information of the terminal according to the new RID of the terminal, and initiates a notification for updating the RID of the terminal to the opposite gateway and/or the opposite MME.

Abstract: A method and system for routing forwarding are described. The method includes: a controller sends pre-generated routing flow tables to an Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (UTRAN) NodeB (eNB) and an Access Gateway (AGW) respectively; and the eNB and the AGW distribute data according to the received routing flow tables respectively. A controller for routing forwarding is described. According to the disclosure, the controller sends the routing flow tables to the eNB and the AGW, so that the extended OpenFlow protocol can be applied to an Evolved Packet System (EPS), network upgrading cost is lowered, network upgrading can be simplified, and a network upgrading period can be shortened.

Abstract: A method for realizing mobility management of an Evolved Packet Core (EPC) network is described. A first control network element addresses a second control network element according to an identification or address information of the second control network element sent from a first Mobility Management Entity (MME), acquires an address of a Public Data Network (PDN) Gateway (PGW) and Tunnel Endpoint Identification (TEID) information of the PGW allocated by the second control network element, and sends to the second control network element an address of a first Serving Gateway (SGW) and TEID information of the first SGW allocated thereby; the first control network element sends to the first SGW flow table information including the address of the PGW and the TEID information of the PGW; and the second control network element sends to the PGW flow table information including the address of the first SGW and the TEID information of the first SGW.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for controlling establishment of a local IP connection, and the method includes: when an access gateway determines that data or application of a terminal needs to be offloaded, informing the terminal that a local IP connection needs to be established via a mobility management entity and a radio side network element by a bearer modification, or informing a radio side network element or a local gateway of a routing policy via a mobility management entity. The present invention also discloses a system for controlling establishment of a local IP connection. The present invention enables the terminal to instantly acquire whether a local IP connection needs to be re-established, can realize dynamic adjustment of local IP data; meanwhile, the present invention can realize dynamic adjustment of local IP data and dynamic establishment of the local IP connection in the case of the local IP connection.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method and a device for managing Internet Protocol (IP) offload connection. The method comprises the steps of: determining that a target Mobility Management Entity (MME) supports IP offload or identifies information of two Serving Gateways (S-GWs); the target MME receiving IP offload connection information from an source MME; the target MME processing the IP offload connection according to the IP offload connection information, wherein the process comprises one of the following: establishing, updating and activating the IP offload connection. With the disclosure, the experience of the user is enhanced in the wireless communication system.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for implementing local access, which includes: after user terminal initiates a local access and a mobile management unit determines that the local connection can be established for the user terminal, the mobile management unit acquires local access gateway information through a Domain Name System (DNS) server. The disclosure further discloses a system for implementing local access, correspondingly. By providing a specific implementation solution of inquiring the local access gateway, the disclosure ensures selection between the core network gateway and the local access gateway according to a respective scenario, thus properly and effectively implementing the local access function implemented by the user terminal through the local access gateway.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for status transition are provided in the disclosure, which enable a wireless side network element to judge that a service request message is a paging response message after receiving the service request message, transmit an initial user equipment message to a mobility management entity, and indicate that the service request message is valid in the initial user equipment message. The method and apparatus of the disclosure solve the problem that the mobility management entity is unable to make a correct judgment and corresponding logical processing, and improve processing efficiency of the mobile communication system effectively.

Abstract: A routing strategy provision unit sends routing strategies of local IP access to radio side network elements; the radio side network elements receive the routing strategies of local IP access. The radio side network elements are able to acquire the routing strategies of local IP access at the network element level or the user level, so that the radio side network elements transmit data according to the routing strategies, and the radio side network elements can effectively offload the data with the acquired routing strategies. Besides, the routing strategies might be for users, that is, different routing strategies might be made for different users, thereby improving the user experience and promoting generalization and popularization of services.

Abstract: The present invention provides a charging method, including: a mobility management network element obtaining charging policy information of a terminal from a user subscription data network element; an access network element obtaining the charging policy information of the terminal from the mobility management network element; and the access network element storing the charging policy information of the terminal, and charging for services of the terminal according to the charging policy information. Accordingly, the present invention also provides a charging system, an access network element and a mobility management network element. The technical scheme of the present invention can send the charging policy information to the radio side network element in the LIPA structure to realize the dynamic charging based on users of services; and it can cover the LTE network and the 3G network at the same time.

According to the present invention, the source/target mobility management entity or source/target RAN node determines whether a local IP access connection supports mobility according to a CSG identifier or local gateway information, which thus achieves the management operation on the local IP access connection, avoids the waste of system resources and the increasing of system burden and improves the processing efficiency of the mobile communication system.
