Abstract: A method and apparatus for status transition are provided in the disclosure, which enable a wireless side network element to judge that a service request message is a paging response message after receiving the service request message, transmit an initial user equipment message to a mobility management entity, and indicate that the service request message is valid in the initial user equipment message. The method and apparatus of the disclosure solve the problem that the mobility management entity is unable to make a correct judgment and corresponding logical processing, and improve processing efficiency of the mobile communication system effectively.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and system for acquiring routing strategy. In the solution of the present invention, a routing strategy provision unit sends routing strategies of local IP access to radio side network elements; the radio side network elements receive the routing strategies of local IP access. With the solution of the present invention, the radio side network elements are able to acquire the routing strategies of local IP access at the network element level or the user level, so that the radio side network elements transmit data according to the routing strategies, and the radio side network elements can effectively offload the data with the acquired routing strategies. Besides, in the solution of the present invention, the routing strategies might be for users, that is, different routing strategies might be made for different users, thereby improving the user experience and promoting generalization and popularization of services.

Abstract: The present invention provides a charging method, including: a mobility management network element obtaining charging policy information of a terminal from a user subscription data network element; an access network element obtaining the charging policy information of the terminal from the mobility management network element; and the access network element storing the charging policy information of the terminal, and charging for services of the terminal according to the charging policy information. Accordingly, the present invention also provides a charging system, an access network element and a mobility management network element. The technical scheme of the present invention can send the charging policy information to the radio side network element in the LIPA structure to realize the dynamic charging based on users of services; and it can cover the LTE network and the 3G network at the same time.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for indicating data offload, and a traffic offload network element, the method comprises: when a radio bearer is established or modified, a mobility management unit of a core network notifies a traffic offload network element of the bearer type of the bearer to determine whether to start the data offload. Through the present invention, the judgment operation of the core network is simplified. In addition, under the situation that the core network side determines whether to start local access function, the traffic offload network element also can correctly start an offload policy.

Abstract: The invention discloses a method for notifying connection attributes of local IP access, comprising in the procedure of establishing a PDN connection, a mobility management element notifying the user terminal of connection attributes of the PDN connection. The invention also discloses an apparatus for notifying connection attributes of local IP access, comprising: a determination unit for determining connection attributes of the PDN connection for user terminal in the process of establishing the PDN connection; a notification unit for notifying the user terminal of the connection attributes of the PDN connection. The mobility management element at the network side of the invention notifies the UE of the type and attribute information of the PDN connection at the same time after determining the PDN connection to be established for UE so as to facilitate the UE determining the corresponding access policy according to the attribute information of current PDN connection when moving.

Abstract: A power supply circuit includes a power controller and a switch. The power controller is connected to a Southbridge chip of a motherboard. The Southbridge chip outputs status signals of the motherboard. The power controller provides a +5V_SYS voltage or a +5V_SB voltage to a universal serial bus (USB) connector according to the status signals. The switch is connected to the USB connector, a USB controller, and the Southbridge chip. The switch connects or disconnects from the USB connector and the USB controller according to the status signals.

Abstract: A method for segmenting an object region of interest from an image includes detecting each corner in a captured image; acquiring edges of the object from the captured image based on the detected corners; clustering the detected corners based on corners on the acquired edges; and segmenting the image region in the captured image formed by the clustered corners as a region of interest that likely includes the object. With this method and apparatus for the method, an object region of interest may be segmented from an image without utilizing features such as an object shadow and edges.
