    Abstract: A skip-level via structure is provided that electrically connects a third level of interconnect wiring to a first level of interconnect wiring or a fourth level of interconnect wiring to a first level of interconnect wiring.     Abstract: A fluid delivery device has a syringe barrel with reservoir chamber for fluid, a plunger that translates along a longitudinal axis to expel fluid, and a pusher dimensioned to translate within the barrel and coupled to a drive mechanism to controllably contact and move the plunger. The pusher contacts the plunger at its mechanical center to reduce tilt in the plunger. Contact faces of the pusher and plunger cooperate as a ball joint to minimize non-axial forces on the plunger face. The pusher can have a protrusion of various lengths extending toward and being at least partially received in a recess of various depths in the plunger. The pusher is rigidly connected to a drive mechanism for anti-rotation. The pusher can have scalloped edges for air venting, and apertures for cooperating with protrusions on the drive mechanism to prevent bottoming out the plunger when filling.

The vision and control subsystem acquires one or more images of parcel carts within a loading area of the loading station and determines if any of the parcel carts are fully loaded based on the image data. Each parcel cart determined to be fully loaded is autonomously transported out of the loading area and to its intended destination by one of the mobile robots within the system. Each parcel cart transported out of the loading area is replaced by another parcel cart from a queue area of the loading station by another mobile robot of the system.

In use, rotation of the gear in a first direction advances the plunger into the reservoir a first distance as the pin travels in the track and rotation of the gear in a second direction opposite the first direction advances the plunger a further distance into the reservoir as the pin travels in the track. The design prevents excess dosing in a runaway motor failure.

    Abstract: 2D code patterns, such as digital watermark patterns, are formed on plastic objects by injection molding. In some implementations, a marked cell of the code pattern is not formed by a single mark on the mold surface, but by multiple discrete marks. Such marks can be exceedingly small (e.g., 50 microns or less—smaller than the width of a human hair), yet the resulting code pattern on the molded object is still readable from a distance. The small scale of the marks assures that the code pattern does not detract from object aesthetics, while also speeding the mold-marking process. Style transfer networks are employed in some implementations. The detailed technologies facilitate digital marking and identification of a great number of consumer plastic objects, thereby aiding recovery of such objects for recycling.
