  • Patent number: 11757263
Abstract: According to one example, a spark plug gapping tool includes a first side handle, a second side handle, a middle handle, and a pusher that are made of a non-metallic material. The middle handle is positioned in-between the first side handle and the second side handle, and has a stopper surface and an insert slot that can receive a feeler gauge insert. The pusher is rotatably positioned in-between the first side handle and the second side handle, and has a hollow housing that can receive a terminal end of a spark plug. In operation, a distal end of the middle handle and distal ends of the side handles can move closer together, when a proximal end of the middle handle and proximal ends of the side handles are moved closer together by a user's hand, so as to gap the spark plug.

  • Patent number: 11733047
Abstract: Exemplary methods and systems provide for production of geographically located, accurate indoor maps of physical spaces and provide navigation guidance for users in physical spaces, and process requests for users related to available physical space within said physical spaces. Aggregated information about the physical spaces is curated and converted using automated procedures into a data model that contains all elements of said physical spaces, including geographic data about the physical space's location on the globe. The system and computer program embodiments retrieve the converted data, load it on mobile devices or computers, rendering it on these devices in the correct global geographic context, allowing users to interact with the data to select rooms, and send and receive requests to and from external systems regarding these selections. Users navigate within the physical spaces using mobile devices and the computer program embodiments in tandem to provide accurate directions and guidance.

  • Patent number: 11727345
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for scoring candidate routes. One of the methods includes obtaining a predictive model trained on training examples from trip log data, wherein each training example has feature values from a particular trip and a value of a dependent variable that represents an outcome of a portion of the particular trip, wherein the features of each particular trip include values obtained from one or more external data feed sources that specify a value of a sensor measurement at a particular point in time during the trip. Sensor values from one or more external data feed sources of a sensor network are received. Feature values are generated using the sensor values received from the one or more external data feed sources. A predicted score is computed for each route using the feature values for the candidate route.

  • Patent number: 11708025
Abstract: A vehicular vision system includes at least one color camera disposed at a vehicle and having an image sensor operable to capture image data. A first system on chip (SoC) includes an image signal processor that receives captured image data and converts the received image data to converted data that is in a format suitable for machine vision processing. A second system on chip (SoC) receives captured image data and communicates display data to a display disposed in the vehicle, with the display data being in a format suitable for display of video images at the display. At startup of the vehicle, video images derived from the display data are displayed by the display within a time period following startup of the vehicle and machine vision data processing of converted data does not commence until after the display time period has elapsed following startup of the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20230160934
Abstract: A system for ensuring that electrically powered medical equipment is properly grounded includes a current sensor that senses current flowing within a ground connection conductor (e.g., leakage current) for the medical equipment. The sensor may operate based on induced current. Measured current is converted to a voltage value, and the voltage value is analyzed by a processor to determine whether current is present in the ground connection conductor. If no current is present, the ground connection conductor may be faulty. If current is present, the system can also identify voltage-to-patient fault conditions.

  • Patent number: 11518377
Abstract: A vehicular vision system includes a camera, a distance sensor and a controller having at least one processor. Image data captured by the camera and sensor data captured by the distance sensor are processed at the controller. The controller, responsive to processing of captured image data and of captured sensor data, detects an object. The controller determines the distance to the detected object based at least in part on difference between the positions of the detected object in captured image data and in captured sensor data. The controller, responsive to processing of captured image data and of captured sensor data, and responsive to the determined distance to the detected object, determines that the detected object represents a collision risk. The controller alerts a driver of the vehicle of the collision risk and/or controls the vehicle to mitigate the collision risk.

In one aspect, the damping system includes a damper control valve. The damper control valve receives working fluid from a working fluid supply and has a valve plunger movable between a first position and a second position. When the valve plunger is in the first position, the damper control valve permits working fluid to flow to a first damper associated with a first bearing coupled with the rotary component and to a second damper associated with a second bearing coupled with the rotary component. When the valve plunger is in the second position, the damper control valve permits working fluid to flow to the first damper but not the second damper.
