Once the web site that receives the software, a visitor can request at least a portion of the web site to be reproduced in printed form. The information received in the request is used to reproduce the content in printed form.

Abstract: A job accounting and chargeback system for software products is comprised of a software license manager in the form of a software product use monitoring subsystem that handles requests for and grants rights to use software products, in such a manner that chargeback data is developed, which is then referenced to entities that are charged for the use of the software products. To better correlate the chargeback data with the use of software products, the chargeback data is referenced to the actual amount and type of use of software products being used, rather than on the use of computer facilities.

Abstract: A computer program that provides automated interactive technical support simulating the sort of support an actual human would provide, including a mechanism under which, under certain circumstances, a human being is able to intervene where necessary to supplement or substitute for the automated help. The system has an artificial intelligence engine that uses natural language processing to engage in unrestricted and automated dialogue with callers, modified essentially in that the computer is able to rate the dialogue and when the dialogue quality falls below a predetermined rating threshold, callers are automatically routed to human operators for further intervention and assistance.

Abstract: A system that enables the creation and/or modification of license certificates for software products and simultaneously limits the ability of system programmers who operate license creation or modification tools from inadvertently or deliberately creating or modifying license certificates indiscriminately. Abstract: A puzzle cube comprising an outer framework and a plurality of small cubes, preferably forming nine squares on each side, wherein the center of the large cube has an open sided cage as a substitute for the 27th cube, said cage being of a size adapted to receive a cube from the center of any of the six sides of the puzzle cube, biasing means for expelling from the cage any cube placed in the cage and an outer frame for retaining all the smaller cubes in larger cubic configuration. The movement of any one of the center small cubes from any side into the cage, prepares the biasing means for expelling the small cube toward that side. The cube thus moved into the cage is retained in position in the cage by the movement of one of the edge cubes into the space previously occupied by the center cube of the side, thereby creating an additional space at the center of an edge and permitting other cubes, such as a corner cube or the center cube of an adjacent face to be moved into said space.
