Using differences of the ultrasonic cutters surface in micro-crack directions that result in different degrees of sensitivity of crack to different ultrasonic vibration modes, combined with the fall-of-potential method and frequency amplitude detection method, a detection rate and a detection velocity of an unqualified ultrasonic cutter can be improved.

In response to determining that residual data associated with a preceding I/O request of the first stream exists in a data buffer: the system appends, to the residual data, a first portion of data from a current I/O request to obtain a first page of data; the system writes a remainder portion of the current I/O request to the data buffer to obtain current residual data; and the system writes the first page of data to the storage device. Magnetic hysteresis loops associated with a local coordinate of a coordinated system based on a magnetic field successively applied to each principal axis with an isotropic vector play model are determined. A relaxation factor associated with the convergence behaviors of estimated solution points is applied along with a correction, either a magnetic field correction or a flux density correction, to determine target points on magnetic hysteresis loops. An error between magnetic hysteresis loops and the estimated solution points is determined. The iteration process continues up to a preset number of iterations with alternating correction schemes based on the determined error.
