    Abstract: A first MRAM set includes a first transistor and a second transistor. The first transistor includes a first gate structure, a first source/drain doping region and a first common source/drain doping region. The second transistor includes a second gate structure, a second source/drain doping region and the first common source/drain doping region. A second MTJ is disposed on the second transistor. The first common source/drain doping region electrically connects to the second MTJ. A first MTJ is disposed on the first transistor. The sizes of the first MTJ and the second MTJ are different. The second MTJ connects to the first MTJ in series. A bit line electrically connects the first MTJ. A source line electrically connects to the first source/drain doping region and the second source/drain doping region.

    Abstract: The present application provides a wireless charging module and a modularized sensing device therewith. A first charging unit is disposed around the inside of the wireless charging module for wirelessly charging a sensing module. Without introducing a transmission line as an electricity transmitting medium, the sensing module can be directly disposed inside and charged by the wireless charging module, which improves flexibility of implementation. Further, since the first charging unit is configured to surround the inside of the wireless charging module shaped as a bowl structure, the sensing module can be simply disposed into the bowl structure and wirelessly charged by the surrounding first charging units, which saves the inconvenience of setting the sensing module to a specific location or area for stable wireless charging and increases effective charging angles.

A method for making a resistance random access memory element includes growing and forming an insulating layer on a surface of a first electrode. A diffusing metal layer is formed on a surface of the insulating layer. A second electrode is mounted on a surface of the diffusing metal layer. A negative pole and a positive pole of a driving voltage are connected with the first and second electrodes, respectively. The diffusing metal in the diffusing metal layer is oxidized into metal ions by the driving voltage. The metal ions are driven into the insulating layer and form a plurality of pointed electrodes after reduction.

The multimedia database is composed of a multimedia data. The template database is composed of short message templates. Any short message template includes a combination arrangement of a multimedia object. A corresponding short message template is found by the applying unit from the template database based on the selection chosen by a user. A corresponding multimedia data is then found from the multimedia database based on the selection chosen by the user again.
