The transmission module (52) is configured to transmit the bitstream of the 3D map. With the use of the apparatus, a data volume of a 3D map can be reduced, thereby reducing transmission bandwidth and improving transmission efficiency.

Furthermore, the mobile terminal includes an ink layer, disposed on a surface of the bearer layer, where the ink layer is located in a peripheral region of the mobile terminal. As discussed herein, the techniques resolve a problem of how to evenly print ink in a corresponding peripheral region of the mobile terminal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides transposon-based systems for introducing cellular therapeutic products, such as CAR and TCR, into a target immune cell. The transposon-based systems can carry larger payloads than conventional viral vector-based technologies, simplifying multi-genetic editing and can reduce undesired recombination between homologous sequences in the payload. Also provided is a shortened autologous process that can be completed within a few days, within one day or even within a few hours. Even without immune cell activation, enrichment or expansion, the resulting cell populations achieve greatly higher in vivo therapeutic efficacy than the much lengthier autologous process that employs viral vectors.

In one aspect, the light angle of the fill light may be adjusted and avoid phenomenon of multiple lights on the object to be photographed, which improves the shooting effect.

The method includes: a pure rotation recognition (PRR) step: performing PRR on all views, and marking views having a pure rotation abnormality, to obtain marked views and non-marked views; a global translation linear (GTL) calculation step: selecting one of the non-marked views as a reference view, constructing a constraint tr=0, constructing a GTL constraint, solving a global translation (I), reconstructing a global translation of the marked views according to tr and (I), and screening out a correct solution of the global translation; and a structure analytical reconstruction (SAR) step: performing analytical reconstruction on coordinates of all 3D points according to a correct solution of a global pose. The method and system can greatly improve the computational efficiency and robustness of the multi-view camera pose and scene structure reconstruction.

    Abstract: A system and method for manufacturing engineered human lymphocytes for cell therapies, including isolating targeted cells of interest from apheresis starting material using an acoustic separation device and activating the targeted cells of interest in situ with, in certain aspects, antibody-coated surface in an enclosed vessel. Also, the method includes transfecting the targeted cells of interest with construct-encoded lentiviral vectors, retroviral vectors, adeno-associated vectors or non-viral vectors in the enclosed vessel. The cells of interest may then be transfected with viral or non-viral genetic material using an electroporation device. Transfected cells may then be expanded to a desired dose using an expansion feeding method. Also, the method may include combining the targeted cells of interest with cryoprotectant reagents and buffers to create a final formulation.

A growth substrate defining a through hole covers the outlet. A carbon source gas and a protective gas is supplied to the chamber from the first inlet, to grow a carbon nanotube array including multiple carbon nanotubes. Each carbon nanotube has a bottom end. Then the carbon source gas is stopped supplying, and an oxygen containing gas is supplied to the gas transporting pipe, to oxidize the bottom end.
