    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction method of total saponins in beautiful millettia root, comprising the following steps: S1, material treatment, S2, cold soaking, S3 enzymatic hydrolysis, S4 extract extraction, and S5 ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction. The extraction method of the present disclosure extracts relatively high content of total saponins, and has relatively high yield of saponins and low content of impurities, and each step acts synergistically to solve the problems of relatively low total saponin content, more impumayrities and bubbling in the extraction process.

The sulfated bentonite compositions can contain a sulfated bentonite and from 10 to 90 wt. % of colloidal particles, or the sulfated bentonite compositions can contain a sulfated bentonite and from 0.2 to 10 mmol/g of zinc and/or phosphorus. These compositions can be utilized in metallocene catalyst systems to produce ethylene based polymers.

Computational analyses with and without dispersion corrections revealed that designing catalyst scaffolds which induce stabilizing non-covalent dispersion type interactions with incoming ?-olefin co-monomers can be used to modulate co-monomer selectivity into the polyethylene chain. Demonstrated herein is a lack of correlation of computed ??G‡ values against experimental ??G‡ values when the dispersion correction (D3BJ) was disabled, and B3LYP was used in the absence of Grimme's D3 dispersion and Becke-Johnson (BJ) dampening, but a correlation of computed against experimental ??G‡ with B3LYP+D3BJ, which are used to design new catalyst scaffolds.

A CMOS-compatible time domain reflectometer circuit comprising a comparator is embedded in one or more chips and connected to the transmission line.
