    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a leather coating composition comprising or consisting of a hydrosilylation curable silicone elastomer composition designed to be used as a topcoat for a synthetic leather material, particularly a silicone-based synthetic leather composite material. A silicone coating as a topcoat for a synthetic leather material which is the cured product of the composition, methods of making the topcoat, synthetic leather material utilizing same and uses of the synthetic leather material products are also disclosed. The topcoat is designed to provide a highly crosslinked silicone matrix containing silicon-free organic micro-particles to minimize or at least decrease change in gloss after abrasion.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a Tokamak outer antenna, comprising feed waveguides, brims, sub-waveguides and a metal base. The metal base is in a W shape, both ends of the metal base are connected to the lower surfaces of feed waveguides, respectively. Opposite sides of two feed waveguides are connected to the brims, respectively, and a plurality of sub-waveguides are arranged on the upper surface of the metal base at equal intervals. The height of each sub-waveguide is not higher than the height of the feed waveguide, one feed waveguide serves as a microwave input port, and the other feed waveguide serves as a microwave output port. The Tokamak outer antenna disclosed by the present disclosure is a novel antenna which is simple in feed, low in reflection and transmission coefficients and high in directivity.

    Abstract: Cell-free nucleic acid from extracellular particles (EPs) is analyzed. A sample can be purified for the extracellular particles. As examples, the purification can include centrifuging, washing, and a nuclease treatment. To increase the fetal fraction, the purification can enrich a sample for a certain type of EPs (e.g., long EPs). In this manner, a desired population of particles can be selected for the analysis of their nucleic acids. As part of an analysis of the nucleic acid molecules (fragments) from an enriched sample, nucleic acid molecules greater than a certain size can be selected, which can increase genetic and/or epigenetic informativeness, without an adverse effect (e.g., the reduction of fetal DNA fraction). The long nucleic acid fragments can be analyzed in various ways, including using short read sequencing techniques that perform fragmentation before sequencing and using long read sequencing techniques.
