  • Publication number: 20080303468
Abstract: In a correction method for a microprocessor-controlled digital regulation of a drive motor, wherein the measurement arrangement used for the regulation of the motor is simplified. recognizing that the real value surveying cannot always be implemented periodically by the microprocessor at the requested point in time, making sporadic measurement errors of a simplified measurement arrangement ineffectual, in accordance with the method individual measurement values with a sudden change are read out and correction values are used instead of these for the regulation.

  • Publication number: 20080275690
Abstract: The visualization of a selection of data can be simplified. The data occurs during the execution or simulation of a function model on a computer system. It is possible in particular to configure the process of designing or developing functionalities of a control device (e.g. a motor control device) more efficiently. Software operating on the computer system is configured to use a set of rules to select some of all the data items occurring in the function model automatically as the data items to be visualized. A continuous and automated solution for the definition, selection and visual display of the data items required in individual instances is allowed.

  • Patent number: 7259060
Abstract: A method fabricates a semiconductor structure having a plurality of memory cells that are provided in a semiconductor substrate of a first conductivity type and contains a plurality of planar selection transistors and a corresponding plurality of storage capacitors connected thereto. The selection transistors have respective first and second active regions of a second conductivity type. The first active regions are connected to the storage capacitors and the second active regions are connected to respective bit lines, and respective gate stacks, which are provided above the semiconductor substrate in a manner insulated by a gate dielectric. In this case, a single-sided halo doping is effected, and an excessive outdiffusion of the halo doping zones is prevented by introduction of a diffusion-inhibiting species.

  • Patent number: 7205162
Abstract: Artificial antibodies or antibody mimics are described. They consist of polymers that carry specific binding sites mimicking the properties of antibodies. There is also described a method for producing artificial antibodies, in which polymerisable monomers carrying functional groups and crosslinking monomers are polymerised in the presence of a print molecule and subsequently the print molecule is removed leaving specific binding sites complementary to the print molecules. There are also described methods for determination and isolation of organic molecules using the artificial antibodies as well as therapeutic and diagnostic methods using these antibodies.

  • Publication number: 20060010002
Abstract: In a method for storage and administration of data, with storage division into a first storage region and into a second storage region, storage of result data in the first storage region occurs until exceeding a threshold, followed by copying and compression of first data from at least the lower address range of the first storage region until the data compression is concluded followed by storage of the compressed first data in a second storage region. The first data at least in the lower address range of the first storage region are erased. Second data from the upper address range of the first storage region are shifted to the lower address range of the first storage region. An arrangement for implementation of the method has a non-volatile storage, a microprocessor and a program memory that are operationally connected with one another and appropriately program the microprocessor.

  • Patent number: 6858167
Abstract: The invention relates to a process and an apparatus for forming molten drops of precursors of thermoplastic polyesters or copolyesters as molten monomer, oligomer, monomer/glycol mixture or after partial polycondensator [sic] and melting to give a molten precursor, in which the precursor formed into drops is introduced into a gaseous medium, and the gaseous medium, after entry of the precursor formed into drops into the gaseous medium, accelerates the crystallization process by holding the drop-form precursor at a temperature above 100° C. and below its melting point for a limited time until crystallization of the drop at the surface of the precursor is complete. To this end, the apparatus has a fall tower, through which the gaseous medium flows in countercurrent from bottom to top, while the drops fall in the vertical direction from top to bottom into a collecting funnel with a precrystallized surface.

  • Patent number: 6779326
Abstract: The apparatus is a spring system on forage harvester feedrolls. The upper forward feedroll has two concentric springs on each side. The outer spring is operative over the whole range of displacement. The inner spring exerts tensioning force on the feedroll only as of a certain minimal lifting of the feedroll. The rear upper feedroll has one spring on each side. This one spring has a substantially smaller spring force than the forward spring package. The feedroll supporting linkages are arranged with complementary and cooperating cam surfaces which are disposed so that, when the forward feedroll is lifted above a predetermined minimum value, the rearward feedroll is also lifted thereby (to a lesser degree) without even any lifting force from the crop material passing therebelow.

  • Patent number: 6424453
Abstract: A method for the production of Gaussian intensity distribution in the beam profile of secondary radiation generated by non-linear optical processes, particularly frequency conversion and more particularly frequency doubling of a primary radiation beam. The non-linearly generated, secondary radiation beam is non-Gaussian in profile due to the walk-off effect and has a near field path near the non-linear optical material and a transition field path interconnecting the near field path with a remote, or far, field path. A Gaussian secondary beam profile of substantially circular cross-section is produced at a finite distance from the optical material by providing an optical system in the transition path which, taken as a whole, has no divergence altering or imaging effect on the secondary radiation beam.
