  • Publication number: 20210361341
Abstract: A medical system for ablating a tissue site with real-time monitoring during an electroporation treatment procedure. A pulse generator generates a pre-treatment (PT) test signal prior to the treatment procedure and intra-treatment (IT) test signals during the treatment procedure. A treatment control module determines impedance values from the PT test signal and IT test signals and determines a progress of electroporation and an end point of treatment in real-time based on the determined impedance values while the treatment progresses.

  • Publication number: 20210126803
Abstract: A single cable optical data and power transmission system includes a powering device that transmits electrical signal data and power via its powering device port to a first transceiver. The first transceiver then transmits the power via an electrical wire in a cable connected to the first transceiver, while converting the electrical signal data to optical signal data and transmitting the optical signal data via an optical wire in the cable connected to the first transceiver. A second transceiver coupled to the cable receives the optical signal data transmitted over the optical wire in the cable, receives the power transmitted over the electrical wire in the cable, converts the optical signal data to electrical signal data, and transmits the electrical signal data and the power via a powered device port to a powered device.

  • Patent number: 10818452
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to power isolation switch devices. In one embodiment, a power isolation switch device has a power insulator, an arc breaker, and a switch. The power insulator and the switch are connected in parallel. The arc contact is operably associated with the switch such that the arc contact is removed from the arc chute as the switch is opened and is inserted to contact the arc chute when the switch is closed. In this manner, the power isolation switch device does not need an interrupter and can be provided so as to be less bulky.

  • Patent number: 10513400
Abstract: Disclosed are a method and/or a system for real-time analysis and marking of a target surface using a digital camera coupled marking device. In one embodiment, a master controller receives a real-time digital camera signal from the digital camera of a marking device communicatively coupled to the master controller. The master controller analyzes the digital camera signal using an image recognition algorithm, a machine vision algorithm, and a database and archives a visual state and an object design parameter of an object. The master controller compares the visual state of an object with a library of known visual states in the database to extract an associated marking pattern and a desired marking location of the object. The master controller generates and sends a marking command to a pin marker of the marking device. The pin marker engraves the marking pattern onto the object in real time.
