Abstract: A system is disclosed that implements various features for enabling property appraisals, and other types of property studies, to be performed more efficiently. One such feature involves the generation of user-specific workflows specifying properties to be visited, and photos to be taken, by specific appraisers or other users. The workflows may be generated using “photos needed” flags in a data repository of incomplete appraisal reports, and may be displayed and used by a mobile workflow application running on mobile devices of such users. Another feature involves automatically incorporating the property photos taken by such users into corresponding appraisal reports as the photos are taken and uploaded via the mobile workflow application. Another feature involves predictively delaying the processing of a current appraisal order based on a prediction that a subsequent appraisal order will be received that can be bundled with the current appraisal order.

The housing encloses a processor and components electronically coupled to the processor including: at least one sensor interface to connect to at least one sensor for capturing information, a real-time clock to generate timestamps, a tamper protection module to receive the captured information from the at least one sensor interface, add the timestamps generated by the real-time clock to the captured information, and encrypt the captured information, at least one wireless communication module to wirelessly connect to at least one wireless communication antenna to transmit the encrypted captured information to a remote device, and rewritable memory to store the encrypted captured information.

One goal of some such embodiments is to provide a time window of stable operational response within which an intrusion detection system may detect an attack and/or cause a countermeasure against the attacks to be activated. Demand excursions which are not caused by an attack are supported during the variability of demand providing transparent response to legitimate users of the system. These embodiments, and others, are described in greater detail below.

A press-and-pull tab constituting part of the removable panel portion is arranged to be pressed downward to cause the metal foil layer to break in the region of the tab, and then to be grasped and pulled upward to cause the metal foil layer to break all around a periphery of the removable panel portion to enable the removable panel portion to be completely removed from the flexible membrane.
