  • Patent number: 7248904
Abstract: A mobile station including a cover assembly and a wireless telecommunications signal receiving and generating assembly. Included in the cover assembly is a belt that substantially extends around the signal receiving and generating assembly, and a connector to hold the belt closed about the signal receiving and generating assembly. The belt includes a pair of side edges which define side openings through which the signal receiving and generating assembly can be accessed. Advantageously, the belt is easily exchanged with other belts so as to vary the appearance of the mobile station. Further, the side edges are easily gripped by a user holding the mobile station. In another aspect, the belt includes an integrated key pad which overlies a plurality of key contacts of the signal receiving and generating assembly.

  • Publication number: 20060075869
Abstract: A stock supply station for use in a insulated glass unit component production line includes a plurality of rotatable sheet stock coils, an indexing mechanism, and an uncoiling mechanism. The indexing mechanism is coupled to the sheet stock coils for indexing a selected one of the sheet stock coils to an uncoiling position. The uncoiling mechanism selectively uncoils sheet stock from a sheet stock coil indexed to the uncoiling position to thereby provide sheet stock to a downstream processing station.

  • Patent number: 7017514
Abstract: An apparatus for managing plasma in wafer processing operations is disclosed which includes a housing having an internal region defined by an inner wall. The housing has an input port for supplying a plasma into the housing at a first end and an output port at a second end. The apparatus includes a hollow tube contained in the internal region within the housing. The hollow tube is defined by a wall that extends between the first end and the second end and contains a plurality of orifices generating a plurality of fluid paths through the wall. A fluid input is included supplying fluid into the internal region of the housing. The supplied fluid is capable of passing through the plurality of orifices, and the plasma supplied through the input port is capable of being mixed within the hollow tube with the supplied fluid. The output port at the second end of the housing enables the mixed plasma and fluid supply to exit the housing.

  • Publication number: 20050208321
Abstract: The present invention provides a lightweight structure for simultaneously providing a reduced infrared and radar Signature, while adding little or no weight to a vehicle. As such, the present invention allows for substantial improvements over prior systems. An example of the type of vehicle able to make use of the present invention is a military helicopter, but there is nothing within the spirit and scope of the present invention limiting it to any particular vehicle. The teachings of the present invention are useful with any vehicle for which a reduction in infrared emissions and microwave reflections is desired.

  • Patent number: 6913325
Abstract: An electrically or manually operable brake drive for the brakes of a vehicle which has a gear train optionally driven by a reversible electric motor or a manual member. The brakes can be set or released by the electric motor without manual changing of the drive components permitting setting and releasing of the brakes at a location remote from the drive. For maintaining the brakes in a “set” mode, the drive includes a gradual release detent mechanism which permits rotation of the gears in the brake setting direction but opposes such rotation in the opposite direction unless a drive shaft rotatable by the motor or the manual member is rotated in the brake release direction.

  • Patent number: 6867086
Abstract: High density plasma chemical vapor deposition and etch back processes that can fill high aspect ratio (typically at least 5:1, for example 6:1), narrow width (typically sub 0.13 micron, for example 0.1 micron or less) gaps with significantly reduced incidence of voids or weak spots are provided. This deposition part of the process may involve the use of any suitable high density plasma chemical vapor deposition (HDP CVD) chemistry. The etch back part of the process involves an integrated multi-step (for example, two-step) procedure including an anisotropic dry etch followed by an isotropic dry etch. The all dry deposition and etch back process in a single tool increases throughput and reduces handling of wafers resulting in more efficient and higher quality gap fill operations.
